FSR 3 is already released.
And FSR 2 works great in BG3, I play on PC and it looks way better with FSR2 than without because of the sharpening effect and it gets a nice bump to framerate too. (I use ultra quality setting)
One of these days I will get around to playing the PS Plus version I got as a monthly game in October.
They don't reveal sales directly, but the series sold over 90m in March of 2022. It was estimated that the game had sold 5.5 million at that time, but the series has historically had long legs. When Spec II launched it was pulled back into the top 20 for example.

I really don't want to argue about this, but honestly I was gaming on DOS and Nintendo even before PlayStation.
I'm sure people have said things like that and it wasn't true, but probably equally people said it and it was true.

I don't think it's fair to say that people only said that to win console arguments, it's actually true for people.
I think they do count the mini consoles. Though I do think it's strange that it's tracked like this.
I just want xbox to get out of consoles. Let them do whatever they want with game pass on PC and streaming, and let them be a publisher on all the other platforms.
They can still make a lot of money without trying to put everyone else out of business.

Are you joking right now... do you even read the sales charts that are on this site multiple times every week?
Sony's games cost about 200m even if they only sold them for $30 they would only need to sell 6.6M and with digital sales they are basically making full profit off of each sale.
Sony's games are profitable with 3 to 5m sales.
But single player story driven games are what people like... This is exactly what they asked for.

That's not a good a way to judge a games popularity, the number of users changes depending on who is streaming,followers is a stable number.
