There's nothing wrong with diversity. It's the matter of artificially enforcing it via an agenda. If any artist so chooses by their own choice to have a character be whatever color under the rainbow then that's fine. When it's blatantly politically motivated is where it becomes often condescending pander. It should be insulting to everyone, especially those being pandered to.
I've never been one big for remasters, but a remaster of Blood Money would probably help them at this point, and if anything help them further reevaluate why they peaked with that entry.

Given the high expectations people have, I can see why Valve wouldn't do it. Half-Life 2 set a standard as one of the best games ever made. Trying to replicate that or outdo is very risky with said high expectations. It's simply easier to not bother.

@Liqu1d Yes, however those were German colonies in Africa. In mainland Europe(where a majority of the war was) they were not present to any large degree. Their military attire was also different from what the ethnic Germans wore in Europe. If DICE had maps that took place in those colonies then sure, it'd make sense. But for maps in mainland Europe or otherwise on the German side, it's pure tokenism.
Not exactly a privilege when one demographic statistically commits an exorbitantly large amount of crime well beyond the means of what should be considering their small population ratio. This is actually not a bad idea for a simulator. Some people are intimidated at the thought of building a PC themselves. This can help remedy that as a first step.
