Not all PC's are the same so it's typical to have general fixes for what developers can't anticipate. None of these solutions are the least bit strenuous and the fixes are available right on release.

This is the problem with Greenlight. It's meant to be a service which allows the community to dictate what they want on Steam, Valve for the most part has been completely hands off. There's somewhat of a falsity with Greenlight if despite a game has broken no rules and has the community's majority praise is pulled for little to no reason given. Of course the community is gonna react in uproar.
I believe Chivalry already did this.
I don't feel that killing can be justified based in any context. Killing is killing, being told what's good and what's bad at least to me is irrelevant. If there's any story at all, just going by the trailer seems to explain enough. He hates society for which he personally feels has wronged him in some way and handles the situation poorly.

What does that matter? It's a physical box that holds physical discs that hold digital data.
Physical copies of PC games still come with discs...do people not know this? Last game I bought physically was Titanfall, came with three discs.

It doesn't sound like art to you, that's the subjective. To someone else like say me, I find it as much a piece of art as I do ANYTHING else. This is being made like any other game where you have people of different skill sets in their art medium of choice that work together to create entertainment. Animators, 3D artists, FX artists, programmers, level designers, et cetera. The purpose of being shock value is irrelevant.
