Don't we already have enough bad writing from the new movies?
Yeah, comparing Skyrim to this is a pretty moot point. This game is being made on a scale that makes Skyrim look like the inside size of a shoebox. Hence why it's considered as ambitious as it is, it's not being made to the traditional size of your average sandbox title with invisible walls or impassible mountainsides. We're talking seamless space to planet to surface exploration here.
I wouldn't complain until even at least a decade of development has passe...
Honestly can't see where they'd go with another one. Third one ended like a send off. With Max finally at peace and retired. Which I wouldn't mind personally if so. Some character stories need an end.
*Hakenkreuz.
*obligatory comment complaining about this game being in development for just over five years while ignoring less ambitious games have taken twice that with far less to show*
I can't say I've ever pictured any sort of eSports without Koreans. They're pretty hardcore about gaming over there, so much so that they passed a law a year ago prohibiting development and distribution of aimbots in online games. Which carries a five year sentence or dozens of thousands in fines.
It really depends how far on the spectrum as a handicap. There's the slightly impaired social skills side, and there's the extreme parent dependency for life side.
This game's turbulency reminds me of when John Romero similarly left ID and developed a god complex, later blessing us with the arrogantly boasted trainwreck that was Daikatana. Hopefully Cliff learns from this the same way John did.
Well, depending on your field you'll always need a workstation. I work with animation and modeling so that's a given.
Four years? Uh dude. The game came out in 2016. It's been one year and almost ten months since it came out.
I've heard my fair share of Koreans dying over Starcraft.
Talking about JK3-Touch? Cause you can get it through Amazon. I have it on my phone.
I blame alcohol.
I don't know what people were expecting story wise with DICE. The last half decent story imo from them was with the first Bad Company. After almost a decade since my expectations have been at an all time low in that particular department.
Nope. It'll be dead within a year.
Couldn't give two squirts a piss about the politics. Rather play as The Empire than the rebels. Rebels have always been lame, their aesthetic design is garbage by comparison.
Because the game was being made by Crytek before they sold the property to Deep Silver, so the engine along with assets carried over. It's not the engine's fault the game released in the shape it was. That was on Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios.
Bigger have tried. OnLive comes to mind.
Yep. Brand fatigue is real. Disney will learn that soon enough.
