It's Microsoft's fault. Sony support cross-platform play, but MS is really stubborn with official support.
It boggles me that it took you this long to play it, and you bought a SNES classic emulator machine by Nintendo to do it..
And I really don't get why. I understand MH is bigger in Japan, but this console/controller just looks awesome, I could see non-MH players just buying it for the looks XD.
Well, to be fair, you can get a 2tb external hdd for $60.. But yeah, It's a great feature, I think this should have been a thing since 7th gen.
Think a lot of developer see it as a sinking ship, a peripheral to the PS4 with a fraction of the user-base. Nothing major enough to take a slot at this show will be a Vita exclusive, because if it's on Vita and it's Major it will definitely be on PS4, usually, and the PS4 version will get all the attention.

I doubt any significant difference between the the game on Xbox One X and PS4 or even emulation on a 2010 computer.
Would honestly play on original console unless they add trophy support and 1080p. Which is inevitable if they release on PS4, the release of I&II seem inevitable too. Don't have a dreamcast anymore, and never played those games, so it's good to hear that a PS4 release of the originals is at least rumored, I was hoping to get my hands on them before Shenmue.. guess I'll play these games and get III at a discount.

Tried it on 3 PS4's. Maybe I just have a good eye for framerate, lag and glitches. I am just not enough a fan of the game to look passed these issues.. some people are.
All these many updates in an I'm still appalled by the performance on PS4 Pro in online play.
About the cheapest you'll get it, but I've seen it at that price before, and even at 10-$20(at the time) was a steal, one of the best PS4 exclusives.

.. WTF? Framerate is a huge issue for the majority of gamers, and this game is hardly one that you can ignore horrible performance with. Maybe you can ignore some performance issues with The Last of Us or Persona 5(if they had any as bad as this at launch), but horrible performance issues with a game like this.. it's hardly a great game this year amongst the hefty list of hits that came out.

Well for one, we've established that it's possible without an Xbox Live account, but Microsoft still wants the Playstation users to create one, and probably a lot of other intrusive things.
