For a company that is barely staying in business, does it really matter. Xbox 360 has double the install base of the PS3 in the U.S. and only sells two percent(29%) more software for Midway than the PS3(27%).

This is basically a none story.

Midway, make some games that are truly this gen, and make them fun to play and maybe in the future your sales will mean something.

Vista works pretty well now, not perfect but much better. Only problem, it took them nearly a year to get most of the problems solved.

Also it is a serious resource hog.

It's the flame bait podcast, they always make up something to rag on Sony about.

They don't even Know what cloud is, just that it's registered trademark by Sony, plus Sony is a big company made up of many divisions that work on many things at the same time.

They are working on PSN, hence the 2.70 firmware, there are many reasons why a certain feature may not be available that have nothing to do with programming it and making it available, such as patent's and bei...

Sony's PR stuff gets pointed out all the time, if their's can be pointed out, so should the Microsoft PR stuff and so should Nintendo's.

Sony's statement is pretty much true, DSi caters to the casual, family market and woman, just look at there commercials. Same with the Wii, just the way it is. Even though there is M rated games for the DS and DSi, Nintendo does nothing to let people Know they have those types of games. Sony's PSP caters to older gamers and gadjet junkies, jus...

No offence to Bunge but they haven't done anything close graphics wise, I mean Halo 3 just barely looks next gen and doesn't even come close to the best we have seen on the Xbox 360 let alone the best looking games on the PS3. Maybe there not the ones to be asking the question to begin with.

This is a negative for Netflix not PS3 or Blu-Ray. There are other ways to rent Blu-Ray movies, Netflix don't own the Blu-Ray rental market.

This article has a stupid tittle.

The PS3 image is better, its using HDR lighting, The xbox 360 version is not. In the areas where there is less lighting the image is sharper than the Xbox 360 images. HDR lighting has a blur affect much like real life lighting. It is obvious to me that the PS3 images are much better than the Xbox 360 images, and if that is representing what the game is going to look like, the PS3 version is the clear winner.

By the way I own the Xbox 360 version, but with the visual improvement...

The textures are the same on both, the difference in the way they look is because of the way they handle anti-aliasing, xbox 360 anti-aliasing looks a little sharper and makes the textures appear a little sharper. The fact that it is a little darker by default makes everything appear a little sharper too, you can adjust your tv brightness or in game brightness if you want it to look a little darker on the PS3. The PS3 version still looks just as good, just a little different because of the w...

The fees went into effect in October of 2008, since then in the US PSN has gotten more content on a weekly basis than Xbox 360 has. Doesn't seem to me that the Publishers are that upset about it, if at all. In that five month time period I never heard a publisher make a single complaint about the fees and still haven't heard anything from the publishers, just an article from MTV, five months after the fact.

PSN store is better organized than Xbox live market place, NXE was a downgrade not an improvement, being Fancy doesn't make it better.

From what I have read Microsofts Games division was down 60 million last quarter.

Even when this guy was doing articles....If you could call them that...favoring PS3, I thought he was doing the PS3 a disservice, because he doesn't know what he is talking about, He's just someone who needs lots of attention, I mean that has to be it, because he has no advertising on his site, or at least he didn't the last time I went to his site. I read the comments first for every article now to avoid going to stupid sites and giving them a hit.

Half of those are not notable and do not mean much as far as console sales go, some of them I wouldn't count on showing up this year. I own a Xbox 360 and there 2009 lineup doesn't excite me very much.

Was Ken Kutaragi comment really being arrogant or just people miss interpreting his statement and him not being very clear with his statement, being that he is Japanese and japanese is his first language not english.

I don't think he was being arrogant, I think what he was trying to say was that he hoped that people like the PS3 and saw enough value in it that they would be willing to pay the price for it.

Any way you look at it, he wasn't bashing another compan...

What do people expect, it's Microsoft, nothing ever works out of the box, or last long out of the box, actually there should be a scull and cross bones on the box instead of a x, oh, I'm sorry, yeh, IE8 is crap.

Makes more sense to me for publishers to have to pay for getting there content to consumers (It is a form of advertising), than consumers having to pay to get a service or content that should be free to the consumer.

Microsoft doesn't charge the publisher for bandwidth because basically the consumer is paying for it through paying for Xbox live, they make huge amounts of money from Xbox live that basically takes care of bandwidth, buying exclusive's (That you again pay for when...

Heres an image that shows the mentality of a large portion of Xbox fanboys. Ventriloquist Dummies wearing Xbox 360 headsets, with Microsoft's hand up there bum.

Edit: I thought you could add images from your Hard drive, guess not

I suggest the people that own both systems download the demos on each system and compare for themselves. Some of what they point out as differences are not true, and some of what makes them look different is because of the way they do anti-aliasing in the game. I would give a slight edge to the Xbox 360 version but the difference is not as great as this site would have people believe.

Notice how he says the word from retail and what retail is telling him, basically saying the comments are coming from someone else not him trying to hide his arrogance, douche baggery is what I would call it. Always making comments on US sales like there the only ones that matter. World wide sales are nearly equal for PS3 and Xbox 360. PS3 is still selling pretty well in the US, especially considering the economy. hemorrhaging is a strong and inappropriate word for a console that sold nearly ...

Sak500, PhysX is owned by NVidia and can be used with Nvidia cuda enabled GPU's. Xbox 360 and Wii use ATI GPU's and are not PhysX enabled, because for one they don't have a Cuda enable GPU and two the tech is owned by Nvidia.

Edit: Well it is correct that the Xbox 360 and Wii can use the less effective software version of PhysX that isn't enhance with GPU support.
