When Bioware decided to drop support for "legacy games", I was no longer able to even *install* Jade Empire, much less play it. There is a case of me completely losing a title because the "store"(Bioware online store) I *bought* it from decided to close up shop.
Digital distribution is a dubious venture. The only guarantee you own something is to 1)have the disc and console/pc in-hand, and 2) not be required to activate it online or have a constant online ...

Been at it on the Bioware PS3 Technical Support forums. Still no response from them on the situation. I played them side by side on the same TV, and the PS3 version's blacks were gray, and it was choppy as hell in several areas. It was *exactly* like it was shown in the comparison video that's making the rounds.

I am hoping that if there is a GOW4, that they take it in a completely new direction. The setting used in 1-3 is spent now. All of the "stars" from that mythology, ie, Zeus and the major gods are done. To now pull out minor gods and deities, or some other *alternate beings* for Kratos to mow down would feel cheap, and be milking the franchise.
IMO, for a new GOW to work, you'd have to introduce a new player character(and that'd be fine, Kratos was an asshole...
