digital downloads are worthless unless cheap, i like to be able to sell my games back if im tired of them.
BUT steam does have fucking awesome deals quite often that i dont mind buying, for instance i got kotor for 3 bucks, jade empire for 5 bucks orange box for 15 (i think it was 15) so im not complaining.
but for new release price digital download can suck my balls.
true they did come out swinging early on, but that vigor has devolved into a lazy flailing about.

wtf...if im not at my playstation i have to boot into windows just to use netflix, also wheres my android support?
and its not even netflix's fault its microsofts, they wont port their drm from silverlight to the linux version moonlight....

if hadnt already poured hours into mass effect 1, and then subsequently into mass effect 2, in addition to all the dlc i bought i would get it for ps3....

yeah WTF is up with that... fable is just... bleh its just too many ideas half baked... i will admit i havent played fable 3 but i just couldnt beat fable 2 it put me to sleep.... the first one was decent but #2, nah.
yeah but the game was already complete, so its not like they had to rewrite the story or build the levels from scratch... all they had to do was port the existing assets from the me2 engine into the me3 engine...
oh, i just realized this may very well be the first unreal engine game to look better on the playstation!!!

you do realize that not everyone who jailbreaks their ps3 will pirate or cheat right?.....
i wasnt really refering to the speed of the game, but more to the flow. for instance cod generally has lots of choke points and camping spots, so it would be cool if the new maps had a different approach to design so people would be forced to play different- which is exactly what the vietnam maps did for bad company 2.
too bad, it was my goty for last year. it was especially awesome (for me anyway) that uncharted 2 came out at the end of 09 and mass effect 2 came out at the begining of 10 so i got to play two fucking awesome games within months of each other.
no because it is normal for a device to be hacked to hell and back before or shortly after release, and the ps3 has been an anomaly considering it was about 4 years before anything real happened.
id rather have an expansion along the lines of vietnam for bad company 2. new maps, character models, weapons, and a changed pace/feel.

well ya..lol. what i was refering to was how many people on this site will degrade you if you admit you use homebrew... god thats been pissing me off.
to be honest though sony had a nice run of about 4 years without any real progress, but it was inevitable in the end to happen. might as well accept it and enjoy the benefits. at least thats how i see it.
