i respectfully disagree.
there have been few games that have had me so engrossed in them as mass effect. the character designs, story, and the massive amounts of history and encyclopedia-like descriptions of anything and everything in the mass effect universe shows an immense dedication and attention to detail.

... naw i disagree, it helps you shut out all other noises so you can hear things that would otherwise be crowded out. also if you get surround (simulated or not) you will have a much better idea of whats going on around you; for instance in cod i distinctly hear when someone is following me to knife me because their footsteps are loud and clear and have a distinct spatial direction.
gaming headsets in general are awesome.
i have a pair of tritton ax pros and they have true surround from 8 discrete speakers so i can hear where EVERYTHING comes from its awesome!!! (gives me a MASSIVE ADVANTAGE even to other headset wearing players because almost all other headsets use simulated surround from 2 speakers..) 170 bucks though
i wouldnt get any other sets from tritton though, they seem to be a one trick pony.

not really, in fact im not too impressed by a lot of multiplayer games. but if its there ill will be getting it for ps3 for the reasons i stated in my comment.
so, basically the ps3 in most cases has better lighting, but the xbox in most cases handles textures a bit better.... but neither version's differences are beyond marginal.
in other words i dont think im gonna buy it again for ps3 at the moment, i may in the future IF there is multiplayer involved with mass effect 3 for two reasons: i hate to pay for xbl so all my multiplayer purchases are for my ps3 unless exclusive(halo, gears). and the other reason is that i will want...
trophies can at glance tell you what type of gamer someone is- you can see what games they've played so you can see if they play hannah montana to boost their level, and the difficulty of things accomplished in them. also you can see whether or not they are a completionist.

thats what i want, but as of now move is either a cool alternative (meaning i dont care) control method, or a casual trojan horse.... if they can prove to me that there are truly AAA experiences that can only be had with move then yeah ill get it.
but hey its only been a couple of months so who knows whats in store.
show me a reason besides an "alternate control" to get me to buy move, now dont get me wrong move is crazy accurate and pretty cool but i made a mistake buying into the wii and i wont make that mistake again.

sigh, yes i know that industry does not like used game sales and yes i do know that selling my used games contributes (obviously) to the used game market. and yes i do think that selling games is morally superior to piracy, why? because used sales are not only moral but considered completely acceptable in other markets and is not THEFT. know what else i know? i know that at the end of the month i need to pay my bills and feed myself so therefore i have been much more frugal with my game purch...
regardless of how you view used games and piracy one is morally acceptable and the other is not... ill let you figure that one out.
