"just because something is cute, doesn't mean it doesn't have a terribly morbid past". (Doesn't Cubone wear the skull of its mother as a mask? lol)
Bunch of people confusing the 350 for euros and pounds. 350 pounds = $500. So far all speculation puts the price between $500 and $800 in the US.
What are they shooting airsoft guns? Guys just soaking up bullets
Lol - if enough people are crying that the game stinks, you can't blame the gamers. Maybe time for a refresh
Man I remember getting my dreamcast and just being inundated with Seaman (lol) advertising. Still never played it - definitely seemed to be ahead of its time though with some of the weird games we have nowadays.
Little late picking this one up? haha
That said - I completely agree with the review. Beautiful game, excellent controls, and fun at times but ultimately is pretty shallow/forgettable.
Need some more variety in the sequel.
Fallout 4 was a large game, but not dauntingly huge. Sure there are a ton of different things to do, but I still came back and finished the story eventually.
Im running into a similar problem with Witcher 3. That game is so massive I felt like I was not progressing at all, and eventually stopped playing. At least in Fallout the idea of finding every area, doing all of the types of sidequests, etc. seemed within reach.
"I don't like change"
I know most people view Gamestop as the evil empire, but I know I am going to miss them when there are no brick and morter videogame stores left.
Multiple killer apps*. Seriously $600 to play 1 awesome game ain't gonna cut it either
Oh interesting - didn't know that consoles were getting them. I know that a bunch of these mods are really taxing on PCs, wonder what it will be like on PS4. Anyway, good to know!
That looks great - amazing how some green foliage can give the game such a different feel. Wish my PS4 copy has mod support on games like this
Ah yes, the PS Move controller - perfect for simulating "swords, large sticks or phallic items"... haha
More storage and faster speeds? Sounds great until the first game comes out for $80
You stare at Japanese high school girls and nod yes or no. This is definitely not about learning a language...
Meh - people said the same about 3D, and 3D adoption/sales is plummeting. Then motion controls in videogames were the next big thing. The Wii was dominant for a time, but then had a very quick end as people returned to standard gamepad systems.
Does VR have potential - sure? But until we see some true application that doesn't have a "just another gimick" feel to it, I am skeptical that its going to be that big of a fad.
My bet:
Sony PSVR sells WAY more in the first year, but then drops off fast (year or two) as novelty wears off and buyers return to the standard PS4 experience.
The Rift gets destroyed out of the gate, but slow adoption continues for many years as price drops and new PC implementations appear.
Meh - so then you can look around the room with them on skype and they can see your eyeballs? (lol)
I know its new tech, I just don't see the must have use for it yet.
Once body tracking gets up to speed, then I think VR can be cool. Right now to be able to look around while holding a normal controller? Ill let someone else buy it
$400-$600 for something that's akin to the Eyetoy or Kinect - a new way to experience games. Fun for a while but then the novelty wears off.
Is it that hard to figure out that the upload is at 1440? This is to help fight the youtube compression and degrade the video quality.
No console is capable is 1440 - so I think this is pretty self explanatory
