Needing to tether it to a phone to burn 5g data for a diminished quality just tells me that I would never use this thing outside of the house/on wifi.
I agree with Engaget here. If this didn't have Sony's name on it, it would be getting absolutely trashed in reviews and overall reception.
Streaming games just aint where it should be yet
An entirely redundant device for me personally - I get a better experience streaming to my oled laptop and dedicated controller if I cant use the TV. But if it works for others - so be it.
Surprised by the intense reception its getting (in both directions) for something that is literally just a streaming tablet with joysticks.
I actually don’t think it looks TERRIBLE for a mobile platform - will be curious to see how it performs tho.
Biggest issue I have with the game is how repetitive it became. It really needs some dlc to add enemy variety or something, I can’t bring myself to even touch my PS5 copy again

@Crows. To the OP about MS wasting billions; it still selling like COD is all that matters. Just like Madden and all other yearly rehashes that bring in a ton of money in game sales and microtransactions, even though they are arguably worse games each year

2 very different art directions in that side by side. Forza clearly going with a more natural range of colors and tones. GT pushing a much higher contrast/vibrancy of the entire image that looks less realistic but pretty.
I personally like the slight less realistic (far more vibrant/shiny) look in videogames, but calling that really a graphics comparison is rough since technically I think the forza image has more going for it.
Its mostly just how painful the brand loyalty has gotten on N4G. If this game was also out on PS5, it wouldn't have received anywhere near the amount of hate it gets.
The only thing cooler than enjoying a game, is not playing it and posting on the internet about why you don't like it
I mean to be fair, Sony never sent out any actual email or announcement about the price hike for me. The only reason I even knew they were raising my price was from gaming news sites.
