so are you commenting on the game already being similar to the game Buzz on ps2? because if so, you do realize that the Scene-It games have been around for several years before the ps2 game, right? Also, Buzz for ps2 is a MUSIC trivia game, and the Scene-It games are about MOVIES and TV SHOWS...so where is your "Seen it sure have, it's called BUZZ on the PS2.." comment going with that? two different types of games..only connection is they are trivia-type games

yeah i am looking to pick this up and Scene-it. my wife will enjoy to play those, and so will our friends. i know alot of people won't care for these types of games, but people need to remember that there are more than just hardcore gamers playing the 360. i play mostly fps games, but games that i can have my wife participate in are lots of fun. i also enjoy playing party games like the mario party series (best party game ever), so these upcoming ones will be great.

this is one of the games that is going to make party gaming really fun on the 360. there are not a ton of good party games to play on the 360, and for those of us that are married, or have families, or have lots of friends that we actually invite over to play video games with, this is a good start for microsoft. The scene-it games are alot of fun to play, and with downloadable content to be avialable for this game to constantly keep it fresh, it will be a big hit for the 360.

yeah but wouldn't most people end up buying those two games anyway if they got a ps3? those seem to be two of the more popular games on the sales charts, so bundling them with an extra controller seems like a good deal. plus, this is a starter pack, so you'd have to assume that sony would offer the stand alone ps3 at a reduced price than the starter pack price.

okay, it is good that sales of the ps3 have picked up, but "doubling" their sales in north america is still not an amazing story for the ps3.
over the last several months, the ps3 has sold about 80,000 consoles per month....so if sales are doubling right now, then we should expect sales between 160,000-200,000 for the month. it really would need to be selling 300,000-400,000 for the ps3 to realistically reach 11 million by the end of the year. the 360 is selling 150...

that is another great point that people really should look at. the game Scene-it, along with the 4 controllers that come with it, are in incredible value at $60, especially since you are not required to buy seperate xbox360 controller in order to play this game. if you only have 1 or 2 controllers at home, you only need to buy this game and then have fun with your friends or your whole family playing this game at holidays or birthday parties and those kinds of things. there is no added cos...

this game looked absolutely AMAZING in the game footage demo. when i first heard that Cod4 was in the works, i thought it was going to be another old world war game, but this one has a completely new feel to the game, great job on this one!!

your idea seems pretty good, but i think microsoft would be better off giving a $50 price cut now, and then a $50 price cut AFTER Halo3 is released...we all know Halo3 will sell tons of consoles, so microsoft really doesn't have to do anything to sell then when that game comes out, but if they were planning on cutting the price by $100, then a $50 cut now and one after Halo3 (and before GTA4) would really be the best situation for them
yeah what is he thinking? right when you say that you have planned a price cut, or indicate anything remote to a confirmation of a price drop coming, people are going to hold off on buying a console.
i think that they were anticipating origially dropping the price of the 360 after Halo3 was released, since that game alone will move a lot of console sales, but now they might be forced to do it earlier, or risk seeing current sales sink lower than they originally would have.

yeah i think i will get teh viva pinata game for sure...it will be another game my wife will enjoy playing. i loved the mario party games on nintendo, so this should be that type of game, although i'm sure it will be a bit different....and if they make it online capable, that will be a great attraction to a lot of buyers
