I'd never support full DD; I always want hard copies of games that I can keep, sell or trade. I dont think even MS or Apple (who dont support Blu Ray) truly believe in full scale DD.
The movie should follow the same style and artistic direction as Hero and House of Flying Daggers. They look like they would suit an SotC film.

They expect to achieve sales similar to Gears 1 &2 and MGS4 with this game; they really have lost their minds.
I think the game appeals to a different demographic so it shouldnt be a problem; the fact is there is never a "good time" these days to release a game; if it gets pushed into Q1 2011 then it's up against Dead Space 2, Mass Effect 2, Crysis 2, Killzone 3 and Portal 2.
MS will never commit to digital download only; they can talk the talk but in their next console they will still keep CD based media. As each gen comes games will only get bigger and bigger and connection speeds simply cannot keep up(not to mention ISPs capping downloads).
Also the standard medium is pioneered by the movie industry, not the games industry; this means Sony are in a position to influence that medium since they are a media conglomerate who have connections to ...
I thought Treyarch would've caught onto the idea of a "snipers only" match aswell; this move clearly shows they are aware how popular quikscoping/sniping is and theyve got a few new game modes but didnt put this one in.
Also choosing killstreak order in match is something i thought would be obvious eg there are times when i want to save a counter-uav but want to use uav.
I thought this when Sony released the Eyetoy and I still think the same with Kinect; gaming is synonymous with controllers and buttons as input devices and i dont think that can ever change.
There is no way yo can play any proper genre of gaming (shooter, sports, fighting etc) without the use of a controller.
I'm guessing E3 2011 is where he'll announce his new game; and it'll probably be MGS5 (which has to be a prequel of some sort since ther can be no sequel to 4).

Best game ever! I was 11 when i first played this game and completed it countless times. I still have my copy with the Silent Hill demo in it (which ive never played).
^^^This. It's a common misconception about the "Solid" in MGS that it relates to Solid Snake when it actually relates to the solid (ie 3D) graphics.
If the game is set between 2 and 4 we cen be sure that Eva and Sunny will be in it; also it wouldn't be an MGS game if Big Boss and Snake are not even mentioned. Also the Patriots are central to the plot so will have to play some part.

if it does go multiplatform it'll be 6 months-1 year after the initial ps3 release like Mass Effect2; i mean the ps3 version alone is taking forever and i dont think they have the time now to port it over.
I'm pretty sure all cars have cockpit views; just that the 800 standard cars are less detailed.
This has got to be a remake of MG1, MG2 and MGS1 - it would be awesome to see young Snake in PS3 graphics.
i dont see it going multi at TGS - its not the place to announce a game going over to the 360; but i do think its a timed exclusive so it will release 1 year later like Mass Effect 2
This happens to every successful game; it'll happen to GT5 when it comes out. People will make crappy articles just to get hits. I havent played Reach yet but I seriously doubt it is the most disappointing game of the year, especialy when we have seen the likes of Alan Wake, FF13 and Mafia 2 released.
