I thought that the Deus Ex:HR trailer released just before E3 was pretty cool.
i think either Viggo Mortensen or Hugh Jackman would be better fits than Brad Pitt.
Dammit, the title got me!
These guys have no clue what they're talking about; LA Noire isnt Rockstar's game, it's Team Bondi's game with R* publishing; im pretty sure they said earlier this year it wasnt gointo be released in 2010 anyway.
Also i doubt GTAV (or GTA:"city name") will be released before Agent, although the fact that we've heard nothing on Agent could mean that both titles are in development at R* North.
The ps2 took 6yrs and 9months to pass the 100m mark; i dont think the ps3 will do it in such a short time but in the long term i do think it will eventually be the best selling console this gen and probably of all time.
All the tech companies like Sony, Samsung, Panasonic etc make autostereoscopic 3D TVs (ie ones that dont need any glasses) but they have to make products which the consumer can actually afford and 3dtv with no glasses cost tens of thousands of £££, which is why you'll see them in commercial contexts only like airports or shopping centres.
U mean the really expensive version? :( *goes to a corner and cries*
They shouldve just given these guys the MoH franchise and seen what they could do with it.
Yeah I remember when David Cage from Quantic Dream called BS on that scanning feature and a lot of people on this site flamed him; but it seems Kinect isnt as advanced as MS makes it out to be.
@ coolbeans
it's true that sales=/=quality but there is no denying GT sells as much as it does because it's the best racing game out there; some games cant jusify their huge sales (MW2) but GT most defintley can.
@ Maxx
"And lets not forget that Halo 3 is in the hottest genre right now while GT 5 is in an over saturated genre now where it wasn’t before until Forza came out. "
i really dont think the racing genre is neary as crowded as the FPS genre, expecially the racing sim genre. If anything FPS is an over-saturated genre.
KZ2/3 + Halo 3/Reach > MW2!
LA Noire isnt actually a R* game; its being developed by Team Bondi, an indy Australian developer set up by a former Sony London guy who created The Getaway. R* are simply publishing the game.
On the hardest setting and no kill playthru u cant buy non-lethal bullets ie darts - u can only use what uve got and can find; again try this in under 5hrs to get the big boss emblem and see how difficult it is - get caught once and u fail - I fail to see how that is a weak argument for stealth in this game.
btw i dont mind that u hold this opinion; ur entitled to and im not gonna blast u for it, im jus sayin that if MGS4 isnt a stealth game then there are no stealth games ...
"You can gun your way throughout the whole game. Also what type of stealth game lets you buy ammo during a boss fight?" - this is the same as every MGS; but u wouldnt know that since u've clearly never played the other ones; also try a no kill play through in less than 5hrs, then come back and talk about "no stealth".
"There are too many drawn out cutscenes and very little gameplay" - same usual complaint but to actual fans of the series we wer...
Im pretty sure NT are talking crap, i mean 1.5m*£40=£56m(~$90m) (obviously thats a very rough calculation). There is no way HS cost that much to develop.
Eight Days is "on hold" last I heard same with The Getaway; The Getaway is a potentially huge game for Sony, open world games are really popular. They should see what makes GTA and RDR so good and copy the hell out of them.
Im pretty certain it's an exclusive; Nomura only makes games for one platform at a time. KH3 will probably be PS3 exclusive for this reason.
I dont think we'll see Uncharted 3 until 2012; Sony already has a huge lineup for next year and we still dont have release dates for announced games like The Last Guardian or FFvs13.
Agent is another one i think will appear in 2012 - R*N has been really quiet which makes me think that development will some time.
my guess is they're gonna show Gun Loco, MGS:R and try to get the Japanese interested in Kinect.
