XNA is easy to start with. You just need to know what youre doing in 3D space.
Id like to add that no matter how many you kill they just replenish and stand back in the same spots. Call of Duty 4 did this too. There should be a cap on how many enemies there are, despite it being the hardest difficulty.
At points i just threw smoke and ran through in order to beat levels. Surprisingly it works very well.

FYI Killzone 2 wont be the be all end all of games. Though im sure it will be nice. I was just playing my PS2 and was thinking if people concentrated as much on gameplay as they do on graphics we would have some awesome games. Crappy little teams pumping out bad games for the wii doesnt count. Im talking years of development like the first party wii titles.

You say Opera is just a browser yet it comes with Voice functions out of the box which are easily programmable and mouse gestures that I wouldnt go without for the rest of my life. You say Firefox is efficient, well Opera is more efficient.
They aren't really equal. The PS3 has more power. I like to think of the Cell as a GPU in itself, or a Physics card. It just cranks out the numbers if you program it well.
The only problem is Microsoft wont play into a 10 year life cycle. Microsoft could release a console in a few years that puts the current gen to absolute shame, to which Sony HAS to release another console. They cant just sit on the PS3.
I disagree with your Opera analogy. Opera is better than Firefox. Its just "cool" right now to use Firefox for some reason.
People who think Macs wont have viruses are stupid. They already exist for it, unfortunately there arent enough Macs for it to spread.
One hacker called OSX like "swiss cheese" to hack. And the OSX laptop being hacked first proved it. It took third party software to hack a Windows computer, but MS doesnt get any credit for that (being able to hack it isnt their fault, its Adobe's (who are the worst programmers in the world in my opinion)).

But after an hour i dont notice graphics, i notice gameplay.
I use Opera because...well try it, you'll see. I had actually entirely forgotten about pop-ups (not lying, I literally forgot sites did it). I haven't seen one since I started using it.
