I personally didn't enjoy uncharted 2 multiplayer much after two or three weeks.
That is just me though as I'm aware that many people play it quite a bit.
Well there is that pulg in the bottom of the move controller. Or I'm sure a peripheral of some kind could be released. Like a paper towel roll with holes for the buttons.
There's no way it could be anything but since there isn't an analogue stick to move around with.
Way to go ignoring most of what I said. Their not going to take the game off rails, and the saber play will never be anything but flailing.
This is known because it's on the kinect, and since it's on the kinect the person playing will have to stand in front of their tv. Thus the on rails.
The saber play is done swinging your empty hands around. I know what pre alpha is, I know that some games look pretty crappy there. What I'm saying is that the whole basis for the...
Best game I own among 35 or so games.
No other games I have keep me playing six+ months down the road with hundreds of hours in.
Note to all players. Having a mic makes the game twice as fun. I shit you not
Predictable
The only thing in the article I disagreed with was that nintendo had surprises.
We knew we'd see the 3ds. Then they showed off a bunch of remake games and a equal. Then for the 3ds talked about a dozen or so remakes of games.
Remakes and sequels.
At least with sony you get new ip's and sequels.
Remakes are terrible.
good thing sony has a no shovelware policy.
While m$ seems to be putting out first party shovelware.
I love Star Wars to death but honestly this game looks like crap.
Ok the force power parts are cool but everything else about the game stinks like something crawled up the back of the xbox and died.
The problem is the saber play looks horrendous. Even a pre recorded video of it the character on the screen looked like they were just flailing around.
Not to mention it's on rails.
I don't know I watched the video for it when e3 was happening and j...
Hi I'm microsoft. My console can't actually put out stereoscopic 3d so I'm going to say 3d sucks. Derrrrr...
I'm pretty sure move accuracy is comparable to a mouse. From the tech demo's I've watched it looks pretty snazzy.
Plus I'm sure the can manage interfaces of some kind. Probably a variety of wheels with commands on them. I'd be fine by that with the move.
Why don't any companies understand that if their selling a digital version of a game. Which means cutting out production costs, the costs needed by whichever store sells it, the costs of transporting it, and whatever other costs are there. Then they shouldn't be getting all that to themselves. They need to cut the price of the games to some degree. Even if it were just like two - five dollars or something.
It's totally insane of them to think that we'll pay the same pri...
I still find them to be an untrustworthy company.
worst thing for bad guys...
it's because she's a popstar and like every other popstar give or take maybe one her music is made by a big machine that makes pop music. It's all mathematically plotted out to be a catchy hit.
Just like a guitar hero game.
I'm compelled to buy move because..
Sorcery
Socom 4
Killzone3
lbp2
that golfing game
and hopefully an rts down the road.
They keep talking about rts with it, it should be good. Though those other games are enough of an opening line up for me. Plus some of the other games I can't recall the names of look good. The one with ratchet, clank, sly, that turtle, jak, and daxter. Yeah that looks fun too.
Plus the games ...
no it's not. seriously it's the future of interface technology. In a few years everybody will be controlling their computers with their hands.
Gaming will require buttons until we can either broadcast our commands right out of our brains or beam the games inside them somehow.
I do fully look forward to watching movies and surfing the web with kinect when it works for win 7 down the road. Or linux. Whatever happens first.
Fully agree. Like totally and completely that is my own viewpoint on the subject as I am also pretty much a sony fanboy.
Though I would like to plug the kinect into my ps3 to see how it does (after it works for windows).
I think all those people pre ordering kinect are going to be a little disappointed. Unless they already expect and know that their only getting a device for the most casual games. I can see a great many people (kids and mothers) really enjoying a whole bunch o...
yeah but when people do start buying 3dtv's en mass. Like in two or three years time, or four or five when autostereoscopic hit's the scene the ps3 will already have a bunch of games to use on them.
There's no point buying the tv's if there isn't any content for them. Have to start making the content early.
How many people do you think had hdtv's in 2005 and 2006. Like maybe a lot less than have them now, but ps3 games were still in hd. Yeah thats righ...
I hope sony buys sucker punch.
This even extends to the DS3 controllers. They come apart very easily. I've repaired and modded a couple of them.
I had one that broke, err threw at the floor. Which I repaired by purchasing a not working properly one from ebay and swapping the gut's around a bit till I had a perfect ds3 controller with a rainbow led beneath the ps button.
Broken controllers are like ten or fifteen bucks from ebay. So it's a lot cheaper than buying a 60 dollar new controll...
