I use mine as a netflix machine in my workout room. I've had it for about 4-5 months, never used it for games yet (traded my Wii U on CL for it). I have played Forza on a friends, so I will probably get the next on that comes out and that crackdown game. Other than that though, probably nothing.
I bought it at launch, haven't finished it yet. Just Cause 2 was my favorite game of PS3, I just don't like Just Cause 3's map as much as I liked Just Cause 2. Everything else is obviously an upgrade, but I'm not a fan at all of the new setting.
so you are complaining because you don't have good enough hardware to run the game smoothly or you have good hardware and are having issues?
I've had zero issues with my game I'm about 20 hours into the game with no issues what so ever. I only had one CTD no glitch issues. So I disagree with it being a terrible launch from my perspective. I've had zero optimization issues. I have i5 6600K, GTX 980ti with it installed on an SSD.
I have no clue why I posted the above nobody cares about my personal story XD
I traded my Wii U zelda console for an kintect xbox one a few weeks ago, first time i've ever owned a microsoft console. I'm just waiting for a game to come out to buy for it, so far I haven't touched it. Halo 5 I almost bought, but I'm going to wait longer. I have a ps4 and gaming computer so the only thing I'll ever buy on xbox is exclusives, ps4 is for multiplayer games, and PC is for anything that is mainly bought for single player. I bought the halo blue xbox one cont...
I would pay $200 for socom 2 not even remastered, just plain old ps2 socom 2 as long as it had online play.
this is my most anticipated game of the year, I cannot wait!!!!
I came here to post this, but not shitty ps3 socom 4 (confrontation was at least edible). Socom is the best shooter I have ever played still to this day and it isn't even close. No minimap telling people where the enemy was, no stupid kill streaks, lots of stealth, weapons that all felt different, maps that all felt different....I miss Socom 2 so much :(
Congrats, you just want to purchase tentacle anime porn crap video games. Have fun with that.
This is the biggest bunch of bullshit. The reason single player isn't in it, is because they have to rush this to the market and don't have time to put in a single player. I'm cool with that though. I'd rather have a great multiplayer with no single player for now and then a single player version when they have the time to put it the game correctly.
I disagree completely, for me personally, why on gods earth would I go back to playing old games? Makes no sense, especially with the fall/winter lineup of maybe Madden, maybe Metal Gear, Mad Max, Call of Duty, Star Wars, NHL 16, maybe Tony Hawk, maybe Assassin's Creed, Just Cause 3, Fallout 4, maybe Need for Speed. For myself personally, I'll be alright because that is a shit ton of huge hits coming out that I might sadly buy all!!! hell of a ending to 2015 for me :D.
Dude, I am laughing very hard at this post. Has to be a troll job. Like to keep your house clean because you put your ps3 on a separate shelf instead of on the same shelf as a hub or something? Give me a break, that's just stupid. In reality we really are talking about you saving about a square foot of space. You could always put your ps3 under your ps4, but let me guess, your wall shelf is the perfect size to fit just one console at a time? lol keeping your house tidy, that is such a stu...
I want to get a 500gb - 1tb SSD drive for my PS4. I wonder if my boss will allow me to buy both a SSD and a new slim PS4.

That's the point, I don't have a choice but to pay for PS+ if I want to play my games online. I don't care if it is a penny per day, why am I paying to play online on the ps4 when I didn't have to on the PS3? What extra value am I getting with the PS4 online services that I didn't get with the PS3? It's funny that we all made fun of Xbox live when it was forced during the ps2 and ps3 era's but now that we are forced to pay to...
So what was the difference for the ps3? Why didn't I need to pay then but I do now? What are they doing differently now than they were that justifies me needing to pay to play online? I don't recall them adding dedicated servers or anything like that? What value, as a gamer am I getting from this service if I don't want free, crappy (IMO), games?
I would love for you to explain how it has paid off for us gamers? What do I get on PS4 where I'm required to pay to play online that I missed on the PS3 where online was free to play?
It isn't an incentive for me at all. I only pay for it because I have no choice if I want to play my games online. If I had a choice I would not be paying for PS+ right now.
I'm in the boat on thinking I should have to pay to play online anyway. I don't have to pay Firefox or Google to use their browsers to get to N4G. Why am I having to pay 50 a year for online service on the ps4 when I already have to pay $60 for a game? Online should be included. Take a little bit out of the publishers profits. If you are going to make me pay a subscription to play (which seems to be clearly not going into improving the infrastructure or security of PSN), then you shou...
The 10 feet thing is actually almost a deal breaker for me. My couch that I sit on is probably 12-15 feet from my television. I can't just grab the couch and move it 5-10 feet towards the television. This may be an issue that stops me from purchasing VR.
