It looks like a half baked cash grab to me. Another generic, FPS that should be a 3rd person game, which will probably take the best aspects of tomb raider, and uncharted then ruin it. Im still interested in it, but am very skeptical.
Some of the characters you pick up and the clue as to who they are can be a little cringy, but other then that, astrobot has been a really fun and refreshing type of game to play. A throwback to games of old with a new feel to it. A good change of pace from constant multiplayer shooters and bad open world games. Its the type of game that when you turn it on, everyone in the house, is interested in what it is. As opposed to putting on Helldivers and everyone leaves the room.
Ive paid for a handful of songs on itunes, that I heard from gta 5. Thats right “django django” they weren’t popular then and still arent now.
Been playing this last night and today. Its a game that, your partner will watch, your kid can try, and puts everyone in a good mood. There are even secret challenge levels for the hardcore gamer in you as well. It’s about time something like this came out.
Maybe some jobs are more productive away from the office but in my experience its not and the “im more productive from home” was a BS excuse, to just stay home. Im not going to start linking articles. Some of them I read off of N4g. Making games is different then a normal job. Think about this for a second,” you run into a glitch or programming bug. That person sits a few cubes away from you. You shout over “hey it’s happening again!”. They come over, clickity clack a few things on your keybo...
The pandemic messed alot of this up. Look up articles of development hell, with teams having to work from home and how time consuming and difficult it was to accomplish creative goals, when working apart. If 2025 is a bust, then I will not allow the pandemic excuse. Its been a couple of years now being back in the office. I would like to believe with some games having a 3yr development cycle, we should see things hitting their stride next year. Thats my opinion….we’ll see
You’ll enjoy it if you liked little nightmares 1. Its even more twisted and psychedelic
The first 2 were really good. They are out there!!!!
Being abke to drive the train would be lit
Its about time. They let you choose different classes in elder scrolls, why not fallout?
Never played it… im doin’ it!!!! Checking the ps store right now!
I’ve been playing D4 since day one. It’s flawed, but getting better. I’m not making excuses for its vanilla launch. It’s a money making plan, behind the scenes for sure. I find it irresistibly addictive. Leveling to 100, and polishing an end game character is ASMR to me.
I don’t see the big deal. This was predicted years ago. Its a good thing if great AAA games, can go cross platform. The key word there is “great!”, which there seems to be too far and few nowadays
Perhaps they should have made another batman game, or better yet, a matrix game using simialr mechanics to the original batman games
I think we should be charged by the minute to play games, and receive a bill at the end of every month. It should be equal to or more then we would spend on a game at Dave and Busters. $50 an hour seems like a good start. Then as a developer, you can slowly creep the price up from there and blame inflation. Bababooey!!!!
It’s because there havent been many good games coming to market, so everyone is bored. Why not spend a few extra bucks on add-on’s.
Oh nice!!!! I just saved $20 not having to purchase a “Kratos, Astrobot skin.”
Better yet, you start the game, go through what you just said, and then your PS is bricked, and your account is permanently banned!!!!!
Idk about this article. Hellblade 2 might be to xbox what “The Order” is to PlayStation. A great looking game that has alot of potential. I just don’t trust, MS will allow a developer to make a game like this again.
Ill wait until games I want to play will only run properly on a ps5 pro. The recession may be upon us!
