Nothing against this title, but how come the games I’m looking forward to were announced way before this game but arent coming out until 2027/2028 or later? By this Im talking elder scrolls 6, gta 6, divinity and etc….

From what I have read, The Last of Us season 2 woes, was because of Neil Druckman. I have hope for season 3 now that he is out if the equation. I have hope for BG live action show. Its also being worked in by the team that did Chernobyl.

I just feel like big Market developers are more concerned about how to maximize profits, then maximize the gamer experience in my opinion. I remember when corporate America almost ruined gaming in the 80’s. Perhaps I have some PTSD from my childhood and worry, they will ruin gaming again

Gamers are maturing out of these types of games. It doesn’t matter how great the look, or how smooth they run. For some people, PvP gets boring after awhile. Theres only so many types of match modes you can rummage up. Thats my opinion anyways. Its fatigue. Make richer single player experiences. When that gets stale after awhile, go back to this formula. Idk…Some of the higher paid executives for these publishers like EA, are people that made casino games, worked for cigarette companies and e...

Very good game. Nit sure if its game of the year material. For no other reason then its “been there done that” formula.

These companies can’t be this dumb. They think you can make a cheap poor product and the masses won’t eventually figure it out. We figured it out a long time ago. Hopefully a massive loss in profits will turn things around for the better.

For a visual artist, AI can be rather helpful. AI can help assist an artist’s vision. The art still has to be practically applied to the form of media that is implementing it. If your having an artistic cramp, AI can help get the motor running. Fight against it all you want, AI isn’t going anywhere and quite a few changes are happening in the world because of it. Accept it, adapt to it, and hope it doesn’t kill us all, like the telephone was supposed to, over one hundred years ago.

That would be a colossal error on their part. They will and should keep the online component separate.

Is it too late to say GoY is a meh game. It looks pretty good but isn’t much fun once you get into it. Its not bad by any stretch. Its one of those games…..it never gets any better then “just ok”

Ive learned with rockstar, to just follow them or take 2 for any information on their games. Insider’s are incorrect 50% of the time

This news stinks, however, I hope they do the rumored rdr2, upgrade. That’ll keep me busy for the year

Assuming GTA 6 will be a once in a generation game/media release, one could argue a $100 price tag. The issue I have with this sort of thinking is that other developers, will attempt to justify a $100 price tag for their yearly releases. Madden, Call of duty, nba2k, all come to mind. This doesn’t include half baked AAA titles that will attempt to do the same. I suppose as consumers, we don’t purchase games at that price point and let the market dictate pricing. After the release of RDR2, I as...

Yes! When someone at work claims to be a gamer, and follows it up with, “did you get the new call of duty?” I end the conversation. I might ask, “Have you heard of clair obscure expedition 33?” When they reply, “No, I never heard of it.” I end the conversation. Sometimes these supposed gamers will irritate me with false facts. For example, “ Theres this cool Zombie game coming out called the last of us! Its based off of a tv show! Im getting it when it comes out!” Mind you, this person only h...
