I'm pretty sure Naughty Dog is aware of Red Faction and wouldn't be semi praising it if it wasn't better.

They won't.. because it will be extra money they don't feel they need to spend and for parity reasons. Look at how Activision won't use AZURE for dedicated servers. They opt for Peer2Peer still because they want parity. Still don't really get why Activision of ALL companies can't afford their own server farms all over the world.
Nobody actually believes that it CANNOT work anywhere else. It just so happens that the parent company (MS) has plenty of servers and support for Cloud to work.
Plus, ya know. People have been making fun of cloud for about 2 years now. So im sure people are force feeding the crow to them now.
Seems like you have an internet connection. As you are typing to us now. So you are probably able to run it. They have said their goal is to have this work with 2-4mb bandwidth connections for MP only. I don't think that's a big deal. Plus as I stated below. This probably isn't just going to be/stay for Xbox if it does well.

For now. Yes. I support it happening for any game on any system though. Period. MS has a lot of servers. So it makes sense. If this becomes popular it will be used everywhere.

Again, this is just for MP not the SP game. Unfortunately you can't play Multiplayer games offline so your point is completely moot. You just can't play online games offline.

Sorry to disappoint you. I am afflicted with a disease known as gaming... it affects my wallet by owning all platforms. It affects the part of my brain that tells me to only root for one way to play games. The only prescription is more games on multiple platforms.

Hey.. It's Mad Max. Looks better than what I had expected it to be. The graphics are OK.. but the gameplay seems like it will make up for it. The cut scenes looked a bit stiff to me though.
Not sure which platform I will buy this for or if I will get it straight away. I worry about the PC port to be honest. So I may hold off on getting this one. There are so many games coming out. It might have to wait.

I can't imagine people spending this much time on the technology if it didn't work to some degree. I expect there to be issues off the bat but I don't expect the world to explode. Maybe a few people treating it like it's the end of the world in the comments. Or at the very least the end of Xbox.
