I'm guessing on Thursday we may get a few snippets of gameplay from the developer talks, maybe some features of games etc, and hopefully some surprise trailers/gameplay :)

And she is also in Halo Infinite, i can see a plot twist with this new AI.
I wouldn't say it is getting hard to recommend a PS5, PS5 has different options when it comes to games/peripherals.
I am primarily on xbox due to online games with friends/family, and have my PS4 Pro in the living room for chillout hours.
Hopefully both keep it up with the launches of quality titles, and then the only beneficiaries of this are us gamers :p

It just seems like this is the next avenue to try and downplay/bash xbox.
Chances are they are not even in the polishin phase of development so why would they show gameplay lol.
They will save the gameplay for either a conference/showcase later in the year, or at the conferences next year.
Not sure why the hate, all platform holders follow this strategy. Have they shown gameplay for the callisto protocol? Releases in 2022? what about Avatar frontiers?
Gameplay the majority, not all, but most of the time is shown in the 12 month lead up to launch, not just short of 2 years before, because let's be honest, they probably do not ...

I get what your saying, about R&C having RT reflections, even GT7 has RT reflections, but it takes a lot, lot more horsepower to have RT reflections when you are in an open world travelling 200 kph+ in a car.
It does not take as much resources when you have set sequences/tracks.
The reason why Horizon has no RT, but Forza Motorsport does have RT. Horizon would need to take into consideration, the dynamic weather changes.

A few released this year, with the majority next year.
During the stream or the 4K segment after the show? When you stream you get pixelation when the stream is buffering/adjusting to your connection (bitrate).
Watch the 4K trailer released after the show, and see if you think it looks better or you notice the same quality drops.
My guess is 1440p @ 60fps, which i am ok with

Still no example of an open world racer with RT reflections? I mean you could try and use GT7 to defend and deflect, but then again, that is not open world either so....
It is because the no games/lack of games conversation is now gone, they are looking to board the next bandwagon that stops to pick them up.
I did not expect RT in an open world racer to be quite honest, 4K 30fps/1440p 60fps is fine for this game.
60fps performance mode for me, the detail will still look great even at lower than 4K resolution.
Forza Horizon is not a racing sim, Motorsport is the racing sim, horizon is more just racing.
