The more games flourish, the better others strive to match. The only reason we get xbox games as we do, is because of games on the competing platforms.

Exactly lol, even if say Halo Infinite releases on my gamepass sub, i can still buy the physical/digital copy, nothing stopping me lol.

I think most people forget about the rewards program.
Load up a gamepass game daily and "bam" here's some points, oh you unlocked an achievement today? "bam" have some more points. Think i'll just do some internet searches "pow" here's 200 points.
(clicks redeem 1 month of gamepass)
Rinse, repeat.

Does it matter? Either way gamepass on Day 1, and when it does leave, we buy it for discount, cheaper than the competition would have paid for it, with exactly the same play time.
There is no denying xbox gamers are saving 100's with gamepass.

It might be in Japan, Japan likes it's small tech, so i would expect the Series S to perform better sales wise in Japan than the Series X.
