The frames dip when parachuting in that is all. I too play on the X and it is a hell of a lot of fun

because the game doesnt. it runs at around 25-30fps on the xbox one x the majority of the time. It dips low at the start but once boots are on the ground it plays good. Go to a friends and try it out if you are uncertain about it and judge for yourself how it plays rather than listening to Sony fanboy rhetoric on a game they havent seen in action.
Scalebound was garbage, with zero progression in about 2 years so it got put where it belonged, in the bin.

Early Access = for things like EA Access where you pay a subscription to play games a week early and what you play is the finished product.
Game Preview = An in progress game that is unfinished, may be broken, have glitches, bugs etc. They have to state a disclaimer on the game which PUBG has when you start it up.
The 2 are completely different things, hence why they are called different things

Its not early access, that is for finished games. It is game "preview" and clearly states that the game may have glitches, bugs, disconnects from servers and is not representative of the finished product.
Self explanatory really. I know what ive paid for, and am personally enjoying the game

to be honest its not meant to be a graphically impressive game. that isnt the target. As long as it is stable and fun to play im not bothered how shiny the grass is

5.2gb is for one map. not a full game and in game preview. updates will get larger as the game progresses and is optomised.
FYI Rise of the tomb raider is only a 25gb download with 4K assets on my X sooooo...
no way is it 20fps on the X lmao. I played 5 games last night with minimal drops in performance on the X other than when parachuting in
I dont think Microsoft as a business will be that bothered about being 2nd if they are making more revenue than the competition
