Why would they get anything? Game pass profits will go directly to Microsoft Game Studios. As will physical sales profits. Developmental costs associated with game development from Rare, 343, Turn 10 etc etc will be funded by Microsoft Game Studios.
You are speaking like they are a 3rd party developer. They dont need to make a profit. As long as it is profitable for Microsoft Game Studios (which it will be) they will continue to be funded.

gears 4 - 60fps mode, tomb raider - 60fps mode, forza 7 - 60fps standard, DOOM -60fps standard, F1 2017 - 60fps standard.
I maybe worded my comment slightly incorrectly but most games on the one X and the Pro, will be 60fps standard or will have some kind of high frame rate mode.
Granted there will be a few that are 30fps, but this is a case of developer choice and not a reflection on the power/performance of both machines

I have been playing video games, violent and none violent, since i was 8, and i have never had the thought of walking in to a school/college whatever and killing people, or any other crime for that matter.
Criminals, murderers, are just that and the sole blame is on the person committing the crime, nothing else.
i would rather have full paid expansions for games over MT's any day of the week

i think the snap feature was removed a while back. It went side by side with all the moaning about tv tv tv and kinect.
Not many people used the feature so it was subsequently removed, along with the tv shows they had in the works and culminating in the kinect removal.
