Alll they have done is stolen a dongle that Sony uses internally for repairs etc. To say this is not illegal is crazy. This is theft, plain and simple. They have broken several laws, including theft, copyrights have been broken when cloning & reverse engineering. Sony should close ther websites down, and sue there asses.
The PSJailbreak life will be short lived, Sony will be working on patches as we speak, to render the device useless.
I bet Sony will just force a lastest Fw update for playing all games including old games. Rendering the device useless unless u update online. Then once updated/online they could detect and disable consoles by banning them.

They are 3 pointless points:
1. Install(not an issue as PS3 is upgradeable), Sony included a HDD for a reason, for devs to use.
360 never had install cos, devs can't rely on having a standard HDD in all 360 SKU's.
2. They are experienced on PS3, not an issue.
3. Mass Effect 2 will include an story introduction so won't be an issue.
