Majority (read just about all) PC gamers will be so happy when Ep3/HL3 comes out, they won't care if it looks exactly the same as HL2.
Having said that, P2 looks great from an aesthetic sense if not a technical one.

Thank god. That was the only thing that was bugging me in the footage i've seen.
The second one has a lot more going on than the first story wise. Some of the puzzles later in the game can get fairly tough though, so if you found the first difficult I wouldn't recommend this.
Brilliant game. Valve are still up there with the best storytellers and innovators in the business.
Now to start my second playthrough to do all the shit I missed in my rushed first run through lol.

Valve > Sony in a marketing sense by a long way. The ARG's they have been running since the lead up to the P2 announcement have been brilliant.
$500-$600 PC that performs better than a PS3 says snap.

Personally, i'm sitting back and saying "well played" to Valve. They certainly know how to do an ARG, unlike the piss poor effort in the lead up to the Hitman 5 announcement.

The end sequence for SP and outro for Co-Op have been up for a while now. Thankfully i've been able to avoid them.
Although now it appears that they may be fakes planted by Valve as part of the ARG.
So, you didn't watch the ending cutscene obviously.
