...if it showed us some actual gameplay

I agree with you m8, "golden age" totally depends on the time you gamed when you were younger and it was all NEW to you...these days its just rehashed gameplay ideas which existed over a decade ago, there is so little innovation, but kids these days don't really know that, they have nothing to compare it too.
The golden age for me was the speccy vs C64 battle, i loved my spectrum, and the fact games were only a couple of quid meant you could build huge collections.

Graphics look very nice if that is all in game.

Hopefully multiplayer won't be a disaster like CoD2s this time

I have never liked AA on the PC, but it looks like it could be good on the 360...however the whole gung-ho american thing in this game tends to really piss me off so I will probably avoid it.

I would prefer to play this on my couch so I am happy it's going to 360

I love the trailer, really nice atmosphere with the music!

Would be cool if they bundled fallout 1 & 2 free with it, or made available as a download.

I really don't understand labour voters, most of them when you ask them why they voted for Labour again its the same answer "My family always votes labour".

Grow up for pity's sake this isn't the 1970s anymore, and most of the parties cover the middle ground, I am really pleased SNP won in scotland as I think Alex Salmond will make a cracking first minister even though I am not too sure about the whole independance thing...

Arf, anyway sorry to go into ...

Yeh i must admit I bought GoW2 a few weeks ago and not bought a PS2 game for years! Its awesome.

It looks great, I just hope the gameplay in Crysis lives up to its looks

6833d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

hopefully they will have decent voice acting

So why did people not report it? Sure its interesting but it has nothing to do with gaming.

I dont really see what people find so freaky, google have obviously pre-filmed this with a camera, for them to do it in real time they'd have to have cameras all over the place.

that makes no sense at all

This is a great site.

I think more scrutinization of news items would be better I agree with having increasing levels for contributors, so that in the beginning you can't spam the site with loads of articles would be good. The approval system doesn't always work because some people simply approve stuff a lot of the time it seems without actually reviewing it as I have seen some awful artciles make the front page.

Less PS3 v 360 news or HD-DVD vs Blu-Ray news fro...

A new IP from ID is news to me. Hopefully it will push the bounds of gaming further as they originally did.

Its the challenge, the exploration and the rewards, gaming is an addiction, but then again most things which humans enjoy can become addictive, food, sex, gambling, drugs, booze etc.

Gaming is a pretty tame addiction in general, and as long as you don't let your real life get taken over by it, there is nothing wrong in it.
