gamewise, it was no competition.
The number of exclusive games MS was showing / teasing was huge. And we still don't know anything about Lionhead, MS Osaka, MS Victoria, MS Redmond or BigPark.
It is the internet, they will say Sony won even though they totally forgot to announce new exclusive games.
Anyway, the real loser is:
*drum roll*
Valve.
Seriously, the Steambox will be soooo dead on arrival. Missing E3 was probably the dumbest thing to do, when you plan to release your first hardware EVER.
So yeah, the PS4 is prety cheap and comes with online passes instead of DRM. Cool.
Sony forgot to show exclusive games for it though. Ah yeah, and they basically admitted that the Vita is dead and won't see any major support over the next year.
You get free games with Xbox Live as well.
And pay to play online making its way to PS4. LoL
Did they cheer when Sony announced that you have to pay to play multiplayer?
Taxes / import tariffs kill videogames over there.
I am shocked that they actually release it there already.
Sony started building PS3s in Brazil in May this year and MS in September 2011 to avoid those import tariffs.

I expected a $449 price tag and now it is $499. Well... Not a big deal for me.

Dead Rising 3 looked awesome (exclusive)
The Witcher 3
Battlefield 4 (timed exclusive DLC)
Forza Motorsport 5 is just wow (exclusive)
Ryse looks really good (exclusive)
Quantum Break will be outstanding. (exclusive)
Titanfall will be a major game next gen. (exclusive)
How Insomniac went down from one of the best developers in the world to 'OMG this looks rubbish' is sooo N4G. You guys never fail to amaze me.
You can turn Kinect off and the microphone as well. So what are the differences to you smartphone, tablet, laptop or webcam?
If iOS games are way too cheap, take steam games then.
Well I thought so ,too. As you can see, it is on my list, but MS said it won't be included.
It is an exclusive, but not part of the 15 games, because Disney is the publisher behind it.

This is about an IPO of the entertainment segment. If you don't know what an IPO is, look it up. That means (at least a part of it) is for sale and will be offered for the very first time. Talking is that there are 15% - 20% offered. You can read that in the article.
