FFXIII on Xbox 360 was by far the biggest E3 announcement ever. Just check the neogaf-thread.
@Dark
LOL for TLG I am reading this for years now. Every E3 will feature it :-)
It might happen some day, but this, FFvXIII and Agent are on every Sony-list for about 5 years now.
I preordered this in January and was mad because I did not receive this yet... it took me a couple of minutes to realise that the European release is March 13th. DAMN!
Higher resolution than Killzones multiplayer then.
Thuway is not an insider. All his claims are vague and if he gets concrete, he is wrong.
Last time: Titanfall will feature the very same textures like the Alpha version...
I: "IF YOU DON'T LIKE FREE 2 PLAY GAMES"
You: "You are wrong, check these free 2 play games!"
Never change N4G, never change!
And the games you mentioned actually prove me right. FFXVI is not a major release and it released months / years ago. Neither is Drive Club nor yakuza.
Planetside and deep down are free to play. Again.
The Order and Infamous vs. Titanfall, Quantum Break and Halo 5 is a m...
2014 looks extremely weak for the PS4 if you don't like $2 indie or free to play games.
The Order and InFamous. That is it basically for major releases this year. MAYBE Uncharted.
Not much comparded to the competition.
There were some exclusive JRPGs for the 360
Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Tales of Vesperia (outside Japan), Infinite Undiscovery, The Last Remnant, Star Ocean (1 year exlcusivity), Magna Carta II and maybe some others as well.
Forza 5 is 1080p / 60 FPS for example.
And please quote me where I said that 1080p / 30 FPS is bad. You won't find it, because I never did. You are making things up again.
It is not the graphics why everybody loves Titanfall. It is the gameplay. And if you played the Beta, you would agree. And it is funny that you mention The Last of Us. The last of Us was 720p / 30 FPS and everybody seemed to love it and praised its visuals. Now a game is 900p / 60 FPS a...
"Leaving aside few handful of games on PS4 almost every title runs at 1080p/60 FPS resolution"
LoL that is so not true (well some 2D indie games) most of the major games don't run at 1080/60FPS on PS4 either.
Most of the games are 1080p / 30 FPS like Thief, Watchdog, InFamous or Assassin's Creed. And there are even PS4 games that do not get 1080p at all like Battlefield 4 or The Witcher.
@Death
cut Resistance from your list. It was killed due to poor sales.
Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker HD version: 4.90 €
Darksiders: 4.99 €
Bejeweled: 1.00 €
Skyrim: 9.80 €
Not bad.
And I am stating my honest opinion about Titanfall. I played the Beta and loved it more than any other shooter I played in 2013.
If you like shooters, there is no excuse not to be excited about that game.
It is just that good.
can we please stop calling "famousmortimer" or "Thuway" insiders please? They are not.
indies, free 2 play and some games you even made up by yourself. Well done sir!
Did not take long until people on N4G assumed it is all MS fault.
Maybe he was drunk at work and had public sex with his secretary in the office? Who knows.
"‘Ludicrous’, you might think, ‘how can an FPS with huge, lumbering robots feel like twitch-shooter Call Of Duty?’
Well, quite easily actually.
As a Pilot you’re able to dash across walls – practically any wall, in fact – scramble over ledges and even double-jump. It’s all about mobility and getting the advantage over an opponent.
Kind of like in Call Of Duty where you sprint to that one spot you know you can get a couple of kills before sprintin...
NICE! Halo 4 had much better sounds than the previous Halo titles before - ask my neighbours for proof!
seriously though, here is a nice vid how they made these sounds:

hahaha what company are you working for?
Sure it is good news to restructure your company and sure it costs money to do so, I never said anything different. The point I made was that Sony HAS to do this, so it is not as bright and shiny as N4G tries to spin this.
This news and headline sound like Sony knocked it out of the park, but they clearly did not.
