Other than buying 5 studios and a new Battletoads, it was exactly what I expected: Gears, Halo, Forza, and a bunch of indies and multiplats. It was a good show in that it was no bullshit and straight games after games, but everything was either on PS4 or PC as well. This conference was okay. There was a lot shown, but none of screamed “buy an Xbone”. They showed off mostly games that the majority of gamers will be playing on PS4.

Also, hate to break it to you, but no gaming console sells 80+ million and counting on just hype and marketing, otherwise Xbone wouldn’t be in the rut they are in. PS4 is pure quality. You don’t like it simply because you’re not a gamer.

It looks nice, but too shiny imo. The dull gritty faded colors was what made the environment in the game really feel like an aging post apocolyptic world.

Pokémon Let’s Go isn’t going to be nearly as big as people think. Smash will certainly help, but only if it’s a new game and not a port. As it stands, Switch is definitely not on track to sell 20 million this FY. Nintendo’s strategy of porting Wii U titles hasn’t done much for the device.
