I don't even care. I just want to play the damn game already!
$10 says when the Xbots saw it, they got excited and were about to celebrate in the streets, but when it was proven fake... They suddenly went back to "well we don't want that crappy game anyway". LOL
Think of it similar to the feature that 343 did with Halo: CEA where there was a filter built in that allowed you to constantly switch between the Anniversary graphics and the original graphics. Probably there so that people can have a choice between what they want to see on screen.
The PS4 Destiny bundle alone allows for Sony to not be worried. That bundle through the holidays will easily push a good few million PS4s, especially if the game sells like hotcakes and gets a good amount of praise from critics. If Sony could somehow secure a CoD bundle as well, it's done. No amount of price drops or Halo titles can put the XBone above the PS4 this holiday season.
No because it's not a frighin tablet. Once it moves more than 10 feet away from the console, it because a big paper weight with a small shitty screen on it. It can't do anything on its own. A leapfrog tablet has more functionality.
Ruh Roh, looks like we've got another Crysis on our hands this gen. *wink wink nudge nudge*.
As long as the price matches the value, and it's not some bullshit ass "Hey we made this along with the rest of game prior to release, but we want to sell you only part of the game at full price, and make you pay for this along with that $60". TLoU, for example, is good way to go about DLC. Sell us and complete and amazing game at the start, and just add on to it as time goes by. It was good, it was affordable, and you could still enjoy the main game without it. BF4 would have b...
I still find it hilarious how all throughout last gen when big third party titles strongly favored the 360 over the PS3 and it was perfectly okay with Xbots. Now all of the sudden when the Playstation user base is finally getting some genuinely good treatment, the Xbots become asshurt little crybabies. This whole scenario is awesome and I can't wait to get Destiny on my PS4.
The game was gonna sell only like 10 copies on Wiik-U anyway. Who gives a shit. Nintendo fans don't support third party games, so they don't deserve good treatment from third party devlopers/ publishers. I hope this trend continues so that that garbage ass console can finally die.
Is that Sonya? She looks like a man...
And I bet you that most of these will costs $$ and will be available day 1 to purchase. How the hell is announcing DLC months ahead of game's release an assuring thing? God this company sucks...
Because even though the majority of open world games suck major ass, people feel the need to have every game as an open world title because they view them as technically superior. I guess it's more about bragging rights these days than it is about being better able to enjoy a game's story and characters.
I really wish this game and several other Japan Studios projects were coming to PS4. Vita is great, but it's a dead system now...
Wouldn't it be absolutely hilarious if it became a Sony owned title.
Seriously, Xbox users don't deserve this game. They spent the entire gen so far bashing indies to try and defend their shitty console with no games. Well , looks like the "IndieStation 4 gets to enjoy this awesome game. They can blame their gods at M$ for having their shitty policies.
See, this statement makes MS look even more stupid when you remember that they had the core gamer for most of last gen until 2010 up until the release of their new console have been pretty much just a consistent f*ck you to the core gamer that devoted so much to your brand. MS doesn't deserve the core gamer because they'll probably just shit on them all over again. They lost the core gamer because they suck as a gaming company. Plain and simple.
God, people are dumb. The prices are obviously not set in stone, and they're most likely going to fluctuate constantly between games based on publishers discretion. Similar to how Netflix pays X royalties to keep films and shows in the service. The point of individual pricing for games here is so that Sony never has to worry about royalties and the service becoming too full of games for them to afford. In a way, this is brilliant because devs will be putting the games in themselves, which...
You've got to be shitting me with this article... What looks be a simplified Nintendo E-Shop indie title is going to take on well established multi-hundred million dollar franchises. I can see all the CoD and BF fans standing outside their local gamestops by the thousands already...
That's why this generation of consoles needs to have a longer lifespan than previous generations.
Usually, but sometimes DLC is actually developed post release. TLoU Left Behind is a good example.
