PS4 will outsell Wii lifetime easily. Wii did great in first few years because so many people were buying it on a whim before it took an immediate nose dive. Nintendo isn't known for giving their console a long lifespan. Sony, however, is. Let's not forget the Wii was poised to outsell PS2, but only came up 55 million short (lol).
Everyone wants to hate, but Bubs and agree just for MAG. MAG is by far my favorite MP game next to Starhawk. So underrated and amazing.
Will it turn the tides? Very doubtful. PS4 is already too well established WW, and Sony already has a long term plan to keep the system going. Am I saying M$ doesn't? Of course they do, but it'll at best gain the US back for them. Right now has been more a cry of desperation for M$ than anything. No way have they not lost copious amounts of money with all the price drops and advertising.
That's what happens when a dev finds their gem and just inflates the shit out of it's releases. AC should have never been an every year release type of game. The series was awesome once and now it's just completely lost most of it's value.
It's because people can't just accept a game for it's genre. Everything is supposed to be original and revolutionary in the eyes of critics, yet not one of them can actually come up with an idea themselves. Oh well, I could care less. This game looks amazing, and it was a day 1 buy for from the beginning. Hopefully others choose to ignore the critics and give it a chance so we look forward to potential sequels.
November's gonna be a very interesting NPD month. I'm betting PS4 might still take this month, despite everything the XBone has going for it.

It looks better on 3DS, but by a very small margin. Considering that the original came out 15 years ago, that doesn't help the 3DS version's case much. It smells too much like Nintendo just got lazy, and instead of getting the full fledged remake we deserve, we're getting a glorified 3D port.

Yeah, but Sony's film division, Columbia Tristar, is based in Hollywood, USA. That's not to say their films never make it overseas, but the Japanese, just like with most things, tend to be very picky about their entertainment.

I'm still trying to understand these complaints. Myself, as well as everyone I know who uses PS4, have had zero issues with the new update. Rest mode works great for me, and I'm loving the new music playback and youtube uploading. I guess with the PS4 becoming the true 8th gen victor, all the hipsters gotta hop on that band wagon as usual and bitch bitch bitch about anything they can scrounge up through the internet while using their laptops at Starbucks.

This is a genuine remake, not a HD remaster like you're confusing it with. If I'm not mistaken, it's going to be loosely tied in with the movie, which is supposed a retelling of Ratchet and Clank's story. I'm okay with it, but there was never anything wrong with the original, or pretty much all of them (except A4O of course). I'm gonna play this one by ear, as this was the franchise that made the PS2 for me.

Am I the only that feels this whole "Mega Evolution" thing is just a lazy excuse for Nintendo to try and give the impression that they've actually made new pokemon? Honestly, they all look like they just overdo the pokemon's features and slap mega in the name.
People just need to give up on the Vita. I was a firm believer in it at one point in time. It had some fantastic games like Gravity Rush and Soul Sacrifice, but dedicated handhelds are dying out, and there's really no place for them anymore. I really hope Sony just leaves the Vita in Japan, and moves and projects for it (namely Gravity Rush 2, and a potential Soul Sacrifice sequel) over to PS4.

2015 is pretty much already guaranteed, seeing as Sony already has a strong lineup of games announced, and there's obviously many more to come. M$ and Ninty seem to be riding very heavily on a single game, each, both of which aren't releasing until the end of 2015 if they release at all.
