David Cage and the rest of Quantic Dream are some awesome developers.
Here's me hoping Sony buys them and adds to their line up of 1st party studios along with Sucker Punch and hopefully one day Insomniac.
Looks intriguing.
I'll keep eyes open for any news on this game.
:)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for FFXIII Versus, Kingdom Hearts: Collection, Syphon Filter, Eight Days, and Red Wood Falls info.
:D
Such a shame that Alan Wake was canned on PC and wasn't released on PS3.
I would of loved to play it.
Oh well on to other games then.
:P
If your talking about 3rd party support then yes their dying but if your talking about 1st party exclusives going away then your a fool.
:P
Why the fuck does Batman: Arkham Asylum have an online pass for when it's a single player only game?
Can someone please explain that to me.
:P
At this point we might as well have digital downloads that way developers won't have to keep pushing this anti-piracy bullshit on us gamers every time a new game comes out.
Gran Turismo 5 will reach that status soon enough.
:)
I have a better analogy for DLC.
Option 1:
Do you want more cake?
(That's how it should work it's called expansions.)
Option 2:
Do you want to finish your cake?
(Giving you pieces and not giving you a full slice.)
Option 2 is what the majority of the industry follows and it's sad.
:)
Bubble me if you agree.
:D
Good because hearing numbers from all sides is not gaming worthy and nobody should give a fuck because none of us have stocks in these companies.
Only thing I care about is the games and nothing else.
We could say the same thing for XBL Accounts too.
Just saying.
:P
What a bunch of dumbasses.
Have these guys not learned what happened when they supported Geo Hot?
The dude used your money to escape from court to South America and buy materialistic crap supporting himself but not the causes you originally donated for which was to get back the Other OS Feature on PS3.
Just burying his own grave.
T_T
I could imagine Microsoft raising the cost of XBL again with this Cloud feature and the suckers will still keep buying.
$70/year for XBL Gold by then.
T_T
1M in a few weeks is pretty impressive.
KZ3 could easily sell over 5M in its lifetime when it's said and done.
:)
Seriously a Quad Core to run Witcher 2 when both Crysis/Crysis 2 can run fine on a Dual Core fine.
Jeez.
:O
Heavy Rain and Alan Wake are both really similar.
Heavy Rain sold 2M on PS3 in 1 year.
Alan Wake sold 1M on 360 in 2 years.
Clearly you don't know what your talking about.
T_T
Even though it would of been a smart move to release Alan Wake as a multiplatform title kinda too late for that now.
Considering Microsoft got the contract Remedy could at least released Alan Wake on the PC.
(Hell it was in development for PC until it got canned. FAIL.)
I would of loved to have played Alan Wake on PS3.
Maybe Remedy's next franchise.
:P
I'm pretty sure Kojima will make MGS5 PS3 Only.
Usually whenever Kojima gets involved in a game it's usually always Playstation exclusive with the small exception that he was helping with Castlevania: Lords of Shadows.
Sony probably already paid Konami so expect to see MGS5 at E3 2011 being announced as a PS3 Exclusive game.
I just don't see it happening.
All of the console manufacturers want their platforms to last 10 years.
Xbox 360 console life is extended with Kinect.
PS3 console life is extended with Playstation Move, Playstation Suite, 3D, and the fact Sony likes supporting their consoles as long as possible before releasing the next console.
Let's not forget the world economy is down the shitter.
(Just look at Japan. Don't expect another Playstation ...

Glad justice got served.
Nah.
I believe the analog controller and the keyboard/mouse will never go away.
But new interfaces and controls could result in different types of gaming.
Variety is the key people.
:)
