The only effect I've seen with game developers on PC is that their not updating the interface that PC gamers are used to playing on.
ex.)
Lack of dedicated servers, in game messages, automatic updates/patches, etc.
(Pretty much everything that Valve offers with Steam.)
Putting it plain and simple developers are just going the simple route instead of taking the time to use the PC capabilities to their fullest potential....
I'm more worried if everybody will even have fast enough internet to run games off of the Cloud.
My internet is pretty old only 6MBPS it's not that fast.
(My parents pay for it so I'm stuck it that this until I'm through with college, have my career set, and working a lot that I'll be able to move out and do what I want but right now not so much.)
Nowadays you can get internet speeds as high as 50 mbps.

Yeah I have both PC/PS3 but a game like Crysis 2 deserves to be played on the PC Only because that's where the franchise originally started.

Cloud Storage should be a standard on every electronic devices.
It's always a good thing that I can still re-download my content if my devices were ever to crap out on me.
Hell I would of loved to have used the Cloud Storage to back up my game saves from my old 60GB Fat when that died on me September 2010.

Looks decent on both PS3/Xbox 360.
Overall both look the same they just use sneaky techniques to hide the flaws.
On the Xbox 360 version if you removed the shader effects it would look the same as PS3.
On the PS3 if you remove the awesome lighting effects then it would look the same as the Xbox 360 version.
In the end both versions perform pretty well for the hardware that's being used.
