Oh wow. PS3 fanboys hate Xbox Live so much they'd rather be commenting on how much they hate it and have problems with it than to be playing on the service that they DO like.
I have one good question: why do people still subscribe then if there's so much wrong with Xbox Live? Everybody can see for themselves what they like and don't like. They don't need anyone else's barking to make the decision...and they still opt to pay for Gold.
So I'm thinking...and I'm thi...
Well, price gouging happens in the music world too I'm afraid. I can go to a local grunge gig and bang heads with metalheads for a fraction of what the mainstream pop stars make on tickets. And that doesn't stop Rolling Stones from selling tickets.
I know, they're so menacing! It's unbelievable! I mean it's like Microsoft actually wants to make money on what they're doing! And Sony is all honest and church going...they're so NPO.
Yeah saaking, you're arguing over what you can C H O S E to buy. Microsoft doesn't force those options. And besides if you KNOW that you'll need a hard drive you'd obviously buy the 360 that comes with one. As for wifi bluetooth and bluray, those are good reasons to OWN a PS3 but not to BUY one....
I went way outta my way. So here's me saying I'm sorry. We part as friends.
To infinity and b3yond ;)
edit:
I'd rather the both of you just not reply in a 360 section if it's of no interest to you or if all you have to say is something negative. Really.
edit 2:
...you ask me to go to the openzone when I simply began this whole thing by saying that Xbox 360 has games that compare well with PS3 games and then Fenix went out of his way to insult each one that I listed. And then after being very organized with ...
PS3 fanboys need to let go of the supremacy act. Xbox 360 has consistently matched PS3 pixel for pixel in HD gaming. Especially in graphics.
But most of all...a game like Halo 3 proves that gameplay must ALWAYS win in the end. What good is all the tech talk if KillZone 2 (a game in development for many years) STILL can't even match the original Gears (a 2006 game in development for about 1.5 years) in terms of impact on the industry.
I'm not even gonna try and ma...
Oddworld definitely, that game had smarts. On XBLA there's a game called Exit, similar concept.
Zone of the Enders would be a first pick for me, but it's almost confirmed anyway. Kojima's gotta be working on something big for ZOE fans. (except anime...god did those suck).
The Bouncer would be nice, since we today have really awesome online services. A Squeenix beat em up with that cool art style. That would be killer on XBL or PSN.

The pink and blue lasers of Halo 3 have been viewed by upwards of 10 million Xbox 360 gamers.
Millions of Xbox Live subscribers have logged on to play what has become the pinnacle of this generation's online gaming. Many of them having never played on Xbox Live, or even online period. Halo 3 has recieved many accolades for its online multiplayer, from casual and hardcore gamers alike.
It continues to smash sales records as we speak, and there are on average 20000...
And Forza MS 3 is just that good. I'm very impressed, Turn 10 really stands behind their game.
You know, there are companies that won't put as much work into their games and they'll still sell because they have a name brand alone. You have to really appreciate that Turn 10 doesn't finish the game until it's finished.
Which ironically they have been able to do twice so far. These guys seriously don't funk with their deadlines!
Whoops, wrong reply.
(it's all Forza baby)
Eh, not really. Splinter Cell games actually do have excellent replay value. I don't know about Uncharted though, a linear environment with cues on how to get around and then story progression segments. Ubisoft said that there wouldn't be any cinemas in SC Conviction, so it actually has a lot going for it in the way of action and gameplay.
The mark and execute further sky rockets Conviction's replay value, I mean imagine the possibilities of going through the environments and c...
Yeah, unfortunately saaking's wrong. MGS4 is not leaps and bounds above Lost Odyssey. I'll say a slight hair above, because Kojima is a good writer/director/producer.
But Sakaguchi is also a great guy too. His work in Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey have been the finest examples of what Mystwalker can do.
But I mean come on...it's Sakaguchi. His skill was never in question.
Forza versus Gran Turismo. Alan Wake versus Heavy Rain. Gears of War versus Resistance. Halo versus Killzone.
Who says Xbox 360 hasn't produced heavy hitters? Even still so many PS3 fanboys won't yield even an inch. They can't believe that Xbox 360 can produce such competitive games, especiallly when it comes generation leading visuals and presentation. It's an impossibility to them.
Wow! Say something good about it and get disagrees. Say something bad and get a bubble.
Is the game THAT ubelievable? Me thinks so!
I think it won't be missing any features. Oh...whoops I'm so sorry.
I didn't know I was talking with Dan Greenwalt himself!
edit: dude both games have their flaws and both games have their greatness. a dmi t it an d m ov e on.
Why?
Does it irk you that someone likes Forza more than GT? We can't form our own opinions anymore? It doesn't irk me that you like GT more, so why don't you just move on?
Also...why are you even here if it bothers you? Do you go into buddist temples just to insult them for their beliefs? Or go into restaurants that you don't like eating at?
It's your choice...

...are bluray movies free? Nope. Are PS3 games free? Nope? Is a wifi router to use the PS3's 802.11b/g wifi free? Nope.
Help me out here, I just can't see the value. Is it in having free online gaming? Okay, sure that's nice. But having wifi and bluetooth are conveniences...they're not detrimental to the experience. How many of us move our consoles around enough to need wifi? And bluetooth is just fancy named shortrange wifi.
Is it the bluray? Bluray is nice. But...
GT 5 will be...something. If it can make it to the party this year anyway, in the mean time Forza fans will have already played 2 full and complete games. Plus all the great racers besides those 2, like Grid and NFS.
edit at mario:
you want realism? how bout actually D R I V I N G a car?
also i could throw some broken parts at while you crash in game and have your face get all mangled and then rush to your aid when you need a tire change.
...
Amen to that! Not saying that GT 5 isn't good but Forza MS 3 is sublime.
The Definitive Racing Game this gen. No joke.
This will be my first Elite, I can really see myself getting this soon.

Okay, so here's what I've been able to pick up as being reasons why some people have an issue with XBL.
*charging for services and features that are free on PC and PS3
*some features that (in their opinion) aren't worth the upgrade
Okay, so they have some valid reasons why not to pay for Gold. But they don't mention is that it's $49.99 a year and it's never gone up since it started. In that time I know that most of us have had rate hikes in any number of s...
