This is great! It should help companies pump out games much faster, a big problem I had with last gen.
*cough*SQUARE ENIX*cough*
A sentence each from both sides qualifies as verbal sparring.
Good thing they didn't escalate to two sentences. That would've been a war.
btw, if people didn't read the article, Ellen page is joking about it now.
I loved playing monster rancher. I loved putting inc CDs to see which monsters i get. Then I would grow attached to those monsters.
Then they took them away from me :(. Poor Suezo.
"Cerny notes that the team working on Knack previously worked on games like Shadow of the Colossus, Ape Escape, and even God of War III."
Hrmm..... interesting. Hrmmmm...
yep, this is the fourth and last.
Just by the name of the title I would've guessed that it's the best DLC yet. Tiny Tina is one hilarious mofo.
That sucks man, hopefully you get a beta key. It seems like almost everyone got one if you registered before phase 3.
The overall feel is like the original Ragnarok Online (big fan) as opposed to SWTOR or GW. The quests are less story carried (at least initially), but it feels more like you're playing to improve your character and explore the world.
The renovated areas are great and the music is spectacular (as always). I can't wait to see the finishe...
Ya, that is true. My statement was more about how some approved review/impression articles in n4g are obviously troll console war stories for clicks. This author just gave his opinion and impression based on a quick play in E3.
As far as gameplay goes, the premise of Knack alone grants itself a very versatile gameplay. Knack can take on various forms. Small mode, gorilla mode, air mode, dolphin mode, etc.. The possibilities are endless. There's also bosses and different ...
At least the writer played it before criticizing it.
But I believe the game will have merit in the movie-like presentation. Mark Cerny did say that Knack has a CGI-movie length of narrative. He made a lot of comparisons between this game and a Pixar movie.
It doesn't have to be that good, but if it's anywhere near Pixar level story telling it will be a big success.
can't underestimate Microsoft's marketing
Not sure if that was sarcasm, but I do believe listen mode was implemented in the game for a reason.
That reason could probably have been not to use it though. Who knows.
She's smart, too.
They make a striking resemblance and play very similar roles, but it's not like she's suing ND or anything.
The situation is blown out of proportion. She literally spoke one sentence of it.
Ya, they really are good. They keep the suspense high. The only knock on them is that they are usually very short.
why haven't you?
I like how the game tries to make you use every weapon available. I didn't think I needed the smoke bomb very often, but I found myself needing to on a number of occasions. Same goes with the starter pistol.
It's kind of a pet peeve of mine when people throw around numbers without having linked a source.
hopefully this is on spotify
A win for the gaming industry!
The current gen games are $59.99 so I don't know why there needs to an article about this.
I wonder how much Microsoft pays Polygon to make these positive view X1 articles.
People are saying it's a lot like FF11. They added an active event system.
I'm playing beta on both PS3 and PC, and the switch was seamless. PC obviously had the better version (hotkeys, graphics, communication, contorl etc.), but it's nice to know that I can just switch if I wanted to.
I would assume so since you can play your ps3 character on PC. You would just have to buy another PS4 copy.
