So long my dear friend. You will be sorely missed.
The USB charger is probably the most useful, being able to charge the gamepad when you don't have a socket free would be pretty handy.
I saw an all in one charger at GAME today, you can charge a gamepad, a pro controller and two Wiimotes at the same time with it. Pretty nifty.
Just bought mine today, if first impressions really do matter then it's made a fantastic one on me. The only way it'll be a failure is if people don't give it a chance. Play it even just for an hour and you'll see what I mean.
No, I've just got it today, been playing it for a while. It's a very good game for a launch title.
@Marcus_Fenix, yeah it's very funny how 360 and PS3 sold more than Wii U considering there were more 360/PS3s available. Wii U sales literally couldn't have been better.
PS4 won't be out for another year and a half, there's plenty of time to save up before it comes out if money is the issue.
I wish I ordered mine from there. My local GAME aren't even doing a midnight launch.
I hope you don't mind be jumping here, it's not often I find something positive about the Wii U. I'm getting Nintendo Land, ZombiU and Assassin's Creed with mine :)
PCs are only good if you only care about graphics. The experience just isn't as fun.
The comments on this article confuse me. The Wii U has a 1GB update and everyone says it's an outrage, a game has a 6.2GB install and suddenly that's acceptable. Having such a big install on a game is proof that the PS4 needs to come out.
I know that but they had two Assassins in III so I don't see why they wouldn't, perhaps III will lead into a spin off based on the French revolution and then Connor's son become the next Assassin in the American civil war. It could work, it makes the most sense before going on to AC4.
I doubt it, if that was the plan they wouldn't have jumped from the 12th century to the 15th to the 18th. There are plenty of interesting events before and inbetween the games' settings and if they really want to have an Assassin's Creed 10 then going forwards all the time isn't the right approach.
I have no doubt in my mind they'll make at least one spin off of III set during the American civil war. The setting of III kinda sets itself up to lead into that. Maybe they'll have one set inbetween III and the civil war. Who knows?
I don't understand why everyone is saying, "Oh it looks better on Wii U but not good enough for me to spend $60 to buy it again" as though any game in the history of the industry has been worth buying on multiple consoles. And no your argument that the Wii U being next gen means it should look a lot better doesn't make sense. It's a port of a game that was way into development before they decided to port it. If the PS4/720 was out now and they ported it to those consoles...
It's a port. Ubisoft never promised to make the Wii U version worth rebuying the game if you already have it. How many games are worth buying say the 360 and the PS3 versions?
Well if devs have only just got very basic builds there's definitely no way the console is being released next year. It'll be a Q2 2014 release most likely.
I think in regards to TVii etc. not being available on release I'm certain they announced the release date of the console before deciding not to release these services on day one. They (like I) thought a patch for the services would be better than a delay of the entire console as you still get to play all your games and access the browser, Miiverse etc. without TVii. It's not the same as when a developer releases a game before they've sorted the bugs or in some instances finished ...
Because one person said it without verifying before putting it online. A lot of bloggers and gaming 'journalists' saw this 'news' and thought it must be true without any question. They posted it on their site, the next thing you know everyone thinks it's fact until Nintendo themselves heard the rumour and decided to put it to rest. But yes, it is only 1GB that is fact.
Just means they'll sue anyone who uses spheres from now on.. Oh wait, they're not Apple.
