Whoever wrote this article forgot to put "Said no one ever" at the end of the title. It's not the best console ever but it's certainly not the worst. I mean everyone's main complaints with the Wii was that it was only for casuals and wasn't HD extra. Now Nintendo release a HD console with a perfect mixture of casual and 'hardcore' and still a lot of people complain. I don't understand why everyone gets so butthurt no matter what the company does.

If that line describes what Sega patented then Sega shouldn't get any money. There are a lot of DS games where characters can be manipulated by touching the screen with your finger or pen. I've got the game on Wii U and there isn't a lot of screen tearing at all. You can easily see from the video that the resolution is the same. There's pretty much no AA on either version. You can clearly see more detail/less blurring at certain parts of the video on Wii U. The lighting is probably one of the biggest differences, the lighting isn't very good on PS3. This game was not running on Wii U so it isn't using current gen specs. Anyway it's easy for a game to have graphics this good on last gen hardware when it's a pre-rendered video. The graphics during gameplay won't look this good but if the video is anything to go by they'll still be very good considering the hardware limitations.

No it's not, the Wii was a fantastic console. Yeah the graphics may not have been as pretty as the other consoles that generation but it had some really great games and some developers when they really put in the effort made games with great graphics such as Metroid Prime. QuodEratDemonstrandm, Ninjas are nothing like those portrayed in other games though. Games such as Ninja Gaiden. Ninjas never wore black costumes. The way Ubisoft made sure they got the Native Americans correct in AC3 means they'd probably put a lot of effort into making sure ninjas were done properly.

Too much optimism isn't a good thing, there aren't any consoles coming out next year. It's a shame, I'd love to be able to get PS4 and/or Nextbox in 2013 as much as the next guy but it's not happening.
Here in the UK our game boxes have ages on them instead of letters. We still get parents trying to blame their children's bad behaviour on games.
How does it not have anything to do with the reason I gave? I was stating my opinion. I didn't mean they are having a literal competition. Think about games over the past decade, they're getting more violent because violent games sell the most. Developers are 'having a contest' to see who can make the most violent game as that will mean they'll probably have the better selling game as games without violence are seen as kids games. How is that "nonsense"?
