Last I heard, Apple didn't sue anyone. NYC put up a trademark application with the USPTO, and in the process disputes/challenges are fielded, and Apple did that. That is not a lawsuit.

They didn't "loose" or lose anything. Rockstar themselves said Sony knew about it, and agreed with Rockstar to let them go multiplatform in exchange for future exclusive titles.

They're not making the glass anymore, I think they are going to Panasonic (which happens to be #2 IMO) to source the panels. Everyone knows, plasma picture quality depends on the glass, and the electronics, Pio is going with Panny glass, but still use their own tech for the electronics. It should still be a very good picture. But that remains to be seen.

Amon, your second one doesn't work. It needs to end in "of death." That's the only parameter required for MS. Blue Screen of Death, Red Ring of Death, Red Light, etc.
