I'm kinda surprised this was even approved lol. It doesn't say anything new (opinion or news wise). It's actually wrong in several regards since "no used games" isn't true. Personally, I don't care about used games since it's like $5 to $10 off for recent games, which is dumb... losing game rentals is a far bigger deal.
Gamestop going out of business is fine by me. However, I doubt any of that will happen. The bottomline is that people shoul...
You think the box is ugly or the reveal itself? I think the box looks fine, but I don't care too much about console looks anyway since I'll hardly ever see it due to my setup.
Smokey and smoky are both words, the spelling depends on your preference and location.
It's not like 2K nor Rockstar are exactly low on money. The writer picking Ninja Theory was a good choice. I love Devil May Cry and they could nail lightsaber/force powers gameplay.
lol, why not click the iTunes link or the audio player... was pretty easy for me. It was a pretty good podcast even though I disagree about what they said about Killzone.
I'm interested in how the Steam Box will go. It seems like people THAT interested in PC games would already have a big monitor or multiple ones, and will a "soccer mom", Wii fan, or Kinect people know what Steam or Valve even are? Doubt it.
I'm not sure if it would be called a sleeper, but The Darkness 2 seems to be getting overlooked in most people's 2012 talk. I thought it was very fun with a good/interesting story, especially for a shooter.
Maybe dumbasses like Fox News should hear this and about the game so we can stop the "all video games are evil" BS.
I like Halo 4 when it comes to the campaign. 343 did a great job with making MC and Cortona actually characters, but they screwed up the MP. If I wanted to fight campers or people who are all using the same two weapons then I'd go play COD. Halo isn't Halo anymore when it comes to MP and Spartan OPs is silly.
I have to agree about Haytham. He's the coolest/most baddest AC character so far, but they handled him very poorly at the end and Lee was a pretty lame villain. The game handle a lot of potential but felt rushed.
On most popular sites (Giantbomb, Gamespy, 1UP, etc) people talking about the ending has been pretty dead for months. It's not like everybody comes to N4G or that it's required. However, I don't look at that as an excuse that Bioware shouldn't have fixed their crappy ending. I agreed with Vincent the most and a lit bit with Jeffrey in the article.
Yeah, I would say that Ubisoft had the best lineup too. EA was boring as hell and some other companies (2K) didn't even seem to try... no GTA or Bioshock there seems crazy.
Whether the woman is in print, web, TV, radio etc it doesn't matter. If she's getting paid and becoming famous because of her looks instead of her talents then she's selling out. If a woman's hot and has talent then that's great.
Just like there are real female athletes who are famous for being good then there are women like Danica Patrick who bend over in thongs. I'm a straight guy, so it's nice to look at... but they give up their right to be ta...
I agree with the writer. Video games will always be looked at as a hobby for nerds, little boys, and dumb frat guys until it grows up. Part of it maturing includes having real reporters instead of sexed up hot chicks for guys to jack off to. I think anyone who feels the need to defend a gimmick like Munn, Chobot, etc needs to step away from their computer and towards a real life woman lol.
How are gimmicks such as them helping video games? It's not like they're devel...
I agree, the 360 so far, but the PS3 could be in a upswing. Wii? Meh...
LOL, when I read your post I see the fat guy from the WOW episode of Southpark typing... calm down dude.
The article says more than "Oh no, ME2 is on PS3 so the 360 is dying".
I agree that the PS3 Mass Effect series being a different game in the same universe is a really interesting idea. If EA/Bioware did that, then they'd have my money twice. Bioware does kinda seems like d-bags for lying about not working on the port... but all developers do that nowadays... so I guess they're all d-bags lol.
If you replace a few words that you're saying then you sound like a religious nut. Anyway, there are different types of gamers, it's silly to think there's only one right way to play. That's like saying if someone owns one console or only plays two genres of games, then they're not a "real gamer". I don't replay games after I beat them... this gen or last gen and I'm a hardcore gamer.
We don't know what they're going to do. In the audio Giantbomb interview one of the MS executives said you can go from your house to your friend's house without paying any fees. Assuming the rumor is 100% true is silly.
We'll probably have to sign into our XBL account over their house like you would with any cloud service. Saying "the no used games policy" makes it sound as if it can't play used games, which also isn't true.
