The game has been working fine for my friends and I for nearly a week. It sucks that a lot of people weren't able to get in, but that's no reason to delete everyone's account.
This would be really stupid if it's true. I don't care about keeping my money... rank and upgrades on cars/weapons matter way more than money. Also, it's more of a co-op game than versus, so people who got it working being a higher rank doesn't matter much.
It costs millions of dollars to make disks, boxes, manuals, etc so if that step is being skipped then (ideally) the consumer should see some savings. Just like with grocery stores who hire less cashiers and want you to check yourself out. If that's the case then food should cost a little less since they're spending less.
No, I paid for the campaign and then they added the MP. Either way, you can't truly review a MP where they haven't added many key features and people can barely get online. That's almost like reviewing an MMO on day 2.
It took like 2 hours to connect to the tutorial but it works normal for my friends and I after that.
Reviewing something that's free seems a little silly. Not to mention it's not really done until the heists, mission creator, and other stuff comes out. Also, I never had problems with loading in the singleplayer... there's hardly any.
He does have a point, but it sounds kind of cocky too lol. I like Bad Company but it wouldn't be that hard to keep the vibe... it was just a normal FPS with some mildly good humor in it. It's not like it was TLOU or anything like that.
Looks nice, but I can't shake the Mass Effect/Borderlands hybrid feel... I'd rather play ME or Division at this point.
Well, the award for "most pretentious title" goes to...
It doesn't really matter. Mass Effect 3 had surprisingly fun MP and its unlock/money system was way more ridiculous than this seems to be.
The next Mass Effect will probably be Frostbite since they're making DA3 in it.
I doubt they'll do it. They'll probably move onto Red Dead next (or whatever else games) then do another GTA in like 4 or 5 years from now. Playable on next-gen consoles might happen, but redoing things to actually be next-gen seems pointless financially.
There's gameplay footage on Youtube that's from a hidden cam of a presentation they did. It looked really good and I've never been into DA before.
The open letter format usually comes across as pretentious... this instance included. If you want to critique then just do so without role playing or like Nintendo actually cares about your opinion.
I don't get why this podcast is so popular. They're saying the same thing everyone else says, the sound quality is sometimes bad, no one is super funny nor interesting, etc. It's not awful, but very average.
VR isn't a big deal to most people and MS could just make their own or pay for console exclusive Rift support. Personally, I'd rather have an Illumiroom than VR unless the VR is just that spot on.
I've never heard of her and it's hilarious people gave her a 160k. People giving huge amounts of money to projects like video, podcasts, etc that cost almost nothing is silly.
The better RPGs (Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect, Witcher, etc) are multi-platform so it will probably have as many good RPGs as the PS4. PS4 might have more JRPGs, but I've only liked western ones.
"50+ hours" means it was over 50 hours... I don't remember the exact amount, so it could be 70 something and I do other stuff besides game.
I beat it in less than 16 hours (not counting the sub-par side missions) and a lot of that time was needlessly driving from point a to b. I wouldn't say the campaign was super short, but I did think there would be more heists and last longer.
