Well it’s installed on my PC. Might not be able to put it through its proper paces until Friday as I’m off weekends. Honestly hoping for the best, but expecting mediocre. The first game really didn’t grab me and it was a struggle to finish. I love to be surprise though. Maybe I can give the game an hour tomorrow 😋

People are really trying to drag Sony into this saying BOTH companies are failing.
One is over a decision that actually never even happened. The other is an outfit.
Great game, great music, nice number of outfits that are completely FREE in this day and age, abilities that make you feel like a badass while still maintaining a difficulty that makes you nervous to approach newer enemies. So much good going for it, but all you hear is negatives behind a damn outfit adjustment. If you like action games at all, do not let this stupid narrative sway you from picking up a game that I haven’t completed yet, but am addicted to and playing every day after work.
Is it really this much crying over ONE costume? That’s insane. Apparently the game has over 50 but that just won’t do.
I’ll tell you exactly what Sony learned. If they make it, I’ll buy it. My PS5 goes in the bedroom and my PS5P will go in the living room. At this point it’s the circle of life. I never did the “a smaller version is coming out” stuff. I always kept my OGs. But when pro versions appeared, I jumped in. For PlayStations. I always just kept my OG of everything else. I watched my wife play through this on Xbox when it first hit gamespass. I knew it would be a hit with her because ANY game that allows you to make your own decisions turns out to be hilarious when she plays. The stop motion was off-putting for her at first, for me too to a degree. Once the story gets going though, you could swear it was moving like a movie. Going to be real. I’m playing on my PC and every setting is on high at 60fps locked. The game is beautiful, sounds good in headphones (I’m sorry but Returnal still holds the aural crown), and has an impressive photo mode. Can literally hit that at any time.
