It’s not a tax on the customer but IS a cost payed by the customer. Sony pays no more or less to send their PlayStation to China as they do America. Someone there BOUGHT it already.

It doesn’t matter where in the world Sony made their PS5 in your scenario, they would pay tariffs on components they couldn’t source from the place it’s all being put together to create a PS5. I think this is poorly worded. I think they MEANT that the next COD has been built on Current gen hardware from the ground up and will be current gen only. We are, after all, playing old PS4 call of duty with current gen “seasoning”. This will be the first “next gen” (this gen) call of duty.

Personally I love Forza Horizon. It and Gran Turismo together cover all the racing needs you can have. Arcade and Sim. That being said… there’s no way in hell I think PlayStation gamers should pay full price for this. I had this at launch for my Series X. I think this is to try and gouge PlayStation gamers to try and make up for Xbox division losses. I personally hope the game is passed on until it’s a severely price dropped. Trust me… As a gamer on every console and PC, relax your expectations. You may love it, some people probably do. It’s beautiful. You may find it boring and mind numbingly repetitive like I did. But still beautiful.

You can also download the games. For example, every game that is streaming capable that has a demo can be streamed too. I just stream games that I am trying. If I decide I’ll buy it, I determine if I will download it. (Is this something I’ll do share screen for? You can’t stream AND share screen. You CAN stream and play online though.)

Reporting players is that weird statistic that makes you wonder the point in it. A vanity metric. It’s like when Sony or Microsoft (or both) had reported more PS network/Xbox live users than consoles sold, counted several accounts on the same console as different players, and inactive accounts/ accounts that never played a game before.
