They played it pretty safe with their predictions, but I disagree that the PS3 will actually drop to $299 and that GT5 will come out his year.

The only way a $300 PS3 would make any "remote' amount of sense is if there was a $200 8gb PSP GO to complement it. If not then Sony's cutting their own throats. It'll be a $50 price drop for the current model and the new model(if it exists) will remain at $400 bundled with a game or two.
Better yet..how bout never buying it? If u have a 360, u can ask a friend to mod it for u and play burned games.
