well actually a price drop would make sense now. Best buy this week is offering killzone 2 or little big planet for free with a purchase of a PS3. Seems like a way of Sony ta get rid of the currrent $400 ps3 and make an increased profit, than to announce a price drop and spur everyone to hold out and not buy anything till the $100 drop. And seeing as how GDC is next week,Sony wants somethin ta brag about. srry man but i thk ur wrong on this one.
i agree, GS is harsh, but thats only because they love games sooooo much. With GS, if u see a 9, 10, or in between score, u know ur gettin ur money's worth.

I thk the real question is: Does Microsoft have something in hiding that can compete with God of War 3 or even Uncharted 2. Look dude, 360 is a great console but Microsoft has always relied on one game. original xbox=halo 360=gears. From what we've seen that sht doesnt work for the long run. Its Halo man. Theve been advertising the sht out of it for years. Why won't Sony advertise the sht out of their products too??? its so stupid. Still, I have Killzone 2 and its without question the best fps ur gunna find on any console. Online multiplayer alone will convince any rational gamer of that.
soo what if more people will play Halo 3 over Killzone 2? More people played Halo 2 online than any other PS2 game and PS2 still came out on top.

yeah 360 did pretty gud for itself these past couple of years, But I think its pretty obvious that gears 2 maxed out 360. I mean M.A.G and God of War 3,C'MON GUYS. Kratos and 256 players in one match ONLINE!! 360 will always be a great console but when are people gunna realize that Sony has always and will always have the best exclusives. This is coming from a 360 owner and PS3 owner.
OMG Gamespot gave 50 Cent: Blood in the Sand a higher score than a Halo game. It's official, hell has frozen over,lol. Idk about u guys but is it me or is GS looked upon as the #1 game review website. I mean to me it is and from what ive seen more people always anticipate Gamespot's reviews over any other source. I like X-play also. In the end, if u like the game then ur not gunna let a review tell u otherwise.
I have a gud feeling that Killzone 2 is gunna get a 9.2 on GS. When they talk about it, it really does look like their very enthusuastic about it. I mean the guy said it was one of the best multiplayer maps hes ever played in. Call me a retard, but the exclamation point after saying the review will be posted this week tells me that its gunna be over a 9.0. I mean. it would be criminal to have so many pre-review blogs and vids like this one and not give it at least a 9. Either way, ill get it ...
