I'm playing through Chrono Cross for the first time and that is what I was thinking: "I hope there is a sequel to this."
DK286K, how about news outlets that focus on facts and actual news instead of editorials and human interest pieces. CNN and Fox are both jokes, but Fox asks for it when they constantly throw the slogan "Fair and Balanced" in their viewers face 24/7.
Exactly, you may as well show up to an all boys school, dress skimpy, shout through a megaphone that you are a woman, and then get offended that you attract some attention (positive and negative).
Not worried about Nintendo in the slightest. All that cash they have on the balance sheet, they're obviously looking to acquire someone strategically, but who?
I'm thinking Saddam Hussein and his scud missiles powered by the PS2.
Or a man collectively hated by gamers the world around, Jack Thompson. I think 360 and Wii owners would by a PS3 just to beat this guy around.
I'd be up for that. Sony already acquired the rights to his story during the settlement so they may actually own the name GeoHotz and would probably be able to acquire his likeness as well.
I wonder why people are ignoring the fact that they named the console "Wii U." Most of their target audience, people who have no idea what is going on in the industry, are going to mistake it for a Wii peripheral. Nintendo should stick with what they do best; software and handhelds.
One of my fondest memories in the BF series was riding on the back of an ATV with a buddy while an attack helicopter chased us down for about three minutes before he slammed into a mountain
Awesome article, its nice to read something beefed up with financials instead of flamebait. This gen is finally in decline so I'd expect to see something new from Sony and Microsoft by next year (notice I said see and not have).
Microsoft and Sony really need to focus on their core competencies next gen and really differentiate themselves like Nintendo did if they want to remain relevant and Nintendo needs to learn how to use a victory instead of letting itself fall apar...
Why was BC2 better than BF3? Because by I loved rolling into a pristine village in a BC2 match and then seeing it fall into complete ruins by the end of a match. I hate slamming a tank round into a building multiple times in BF3 without even damaging the paint.
EA likes to phase out servers once a sequel is released. Happened to me trying to play NCAA 12 online the day NCAA 13 came out.
How about Battlefield 1951 during the Korean War
Agreed. The destruction added so many elements to the experience that BF3 can't match without.
Third degree burn sir
I don't pity the Aussies since the male-to-female ratio there is very beneficial for the male population haha.
Whatever game Mathew Broderick is playing in the 80's film War Games should be somewhere on that list
A little ethnocentric don't you think.
That's asking too much for parents today to restrict a kid's gaming because then they would actually have to spend quality time with them GASP!
How about Command and Conquer 4? What a terrible way to send of a franchise that has been around for two decades. To my knowledge the fans of that series never received an ending fix from the developer.
It's been a while since you've played a PSX game with cut-scenes huh?
