love games?
You could just do this for three months haha
I know they had some computers that were playable with a controller (not sure if it was PS3 or 360), but I hadn't heard of a playable console version.
I second the motion
@BiggCMan just because DICE feels compelled to patch things up with their PC fan base doesn't mean console gamers should just suck it up. PC version will be the best no doubt, but at least give us 36 player battles. We deserve that considering we're going to pay them $30 more than PC gamers.
God help them if they turn Hitman into Assassins Creed. That being said, the Hitman games have been available on consoles as well as Morrowind and Oblivion. I really fail to see how you came to your conclusion.
I like/hate the fast travel system they had in Oblivion. Sure it was nice to get around lightning quick, but I remember having to go to some places in Morrowind felt epic just from the time it took to get there.
I agree with the overall accessibility problem this gen, but I think Skyrim will still be a great Elder Scrolls game. I was talking with a buddy though about how younger gamers are pretty much spoon fed their game play and story. Hell I beat Earthbound when I was 9. That game pretty much taught me how to read haha.
Decided to pre-order as soon as I saw the dragon swoop down and pick up that giant
I agree. I love this series, but I feel as a console gamer I'm getting double shafted by DICE and the PC community. 24 player battles are bad enough without PC kids dogging on the console version. I'm excited for this game, but I'm not going to buy it if they half-ass the console version just to please PC trolls.
Here you go sir, straight from the year 2078
This was the worst stream ever.
I own all three consoles and have to say I'm not impressed by any of them. I'm excited for Minecraft on the 360, but even Halo failed to excite me. The biggest let down was the lack of Battlefield 3 console footage and details.
What do you mean sacrifice more? They announced BF3 for PS3 was shipping with BF 1943 on the same disc. Could they not just require an install for 64 players?
I have AT&T and as soon as he mentioned something about an exclusive carrier I was hoping it was them. I wish they would have made it available to everyone else though.
The Disneyland demo kids were the worst. I about died at the end of that. "Fist bump!"
Agreed with guigsy, Battlefield 3 would cost me $900 on PC. Besides the 24 player cap is not set in stone just yet.
@BeastlyRig you must not like bubbles very much
Interested about the suppression mechanic. Can't wait to see a video of that in action
