While I am glad they are releasing the pack on Xbox 360 I think we are getting screwed. I would much rather have RE1, 2, 3 remakes than the ones included. I'll probably hold out till they remake 1,2,3 for Xbox which they would be stupid not to do.

My four choices would be Halo 4, Borderlands 2, Resident Evil 6, and COD. Shame it's a timed deal or Amazon might do a match.

Forget a short list...make them all. Most of them are already remade using the Reach engine. It can't be that hard to upgrade them to the new engine. If it is, perhaps they need to rethink the way they design maps.

Mighty Ape has the most pre-order stuff but it's in New Zealand. If you count all pre-order bonuses not just skins/emblems then Amazon has the most but not sure if its worth it.

Since I already bought Doom and Doom 2 for XBLA I don't need this edition. Too bad, I would definitely by Doom 3 if it released for Games-on-Demand by itself for the the about $15. Another example of a company trying to milk a product to death by re-releasing the same thing multiple times. Collector's packs are great when you haven't already released half of it before.

I think someone needs to explain to retailers that just because a game MSRP is $59 and now your selling it for $29 it is technically $30 off but not really. The game has been selling at $30 for a long time. I think we need a new number, a way to better judge discounts. Once a game hits a new selling value the MSRP stays $59 but ASRP, or something, becomes $30. All sale values need to be based on that so they don't rip off the customers.

For those who have lots of gift cards for Best Buy and never could find anything worth using them on this is a great deal. I am guessing these won't be in stock for long.

It won't save SEGA since it only hits the PC market. If they had made it for the console to replace PSU then perhaps they could corner the MMO genre. Oh well, may SEGA R.I.P.

I think Simon's Quest should be in the list around 8-10 but other than that I agree with the list.

Anyone who buys this is an idiot, plain and simple. Do the math people:
Normal Price: $299 or less
XBL Gold 12 Month: $60 (usually $30-$35 through buy.com)
Total: $420 MAX

Small Price: $99
Contract: $15 x 24 months = $360
Total: $460 Guaranteed

Even if you buy retail items for XBL Gold and the console you would still be overpaying by $40.

They just update the limit for XBLA games size. The game should fit. If not they could go to the Games-on-Demand section for the right price.

Fitness games are the best hope for the Kinect but until people start doing them right it makes it hard to enjoy them. A fitness game has to be thought of from an entertainment standpoint to keep the players attention and want to exercise as well as a fitness standpoint. They exercises are important but integration with online, a personal stat tracker that the user can wear outside the game and sync later, the ability to easily load what they ate via voice and online database of common food...

I think Dead Space was just terrible compared to Gears. Gears, Halo and COD all could make movies out the story line and be very successful in the action genres. Shame all the movie attempts have failed.

They have Games for Window available on WP7 which has live integration. Granted it doesn't include the full library of games. The main problem with cell gaming is the lack of support controllers. If more bluetooth controller were available people could sit the games down on a stand and play while traveling or at home. It is the only thing really stopping me from getting the higher end games on mobile. PhonyJoy is the closest there is right now but it costs way to much. Controllers s...

I'd buy Halo 4 over COD any day. The campaigns in COD are good but the multiplayer is lacking the same quality I find in the Halo series like constantly changing game types, user created map playlists, and better player balancing. Bring on Master Chief!

They were $300 at Newegg a couple of months ago during a sale so this is nothing special.

Yes. PSU was a decent success but suffered from Sega's poor networking, graphics, and lack of updates at the beginning. Plus Xbox users don't want to pay the extra fees if they already subscribe to XBL. Charge silver members but not gold. Controls are always an issue for the hardcore, but Xbox now supports wireless keyboard and mouse so it shouldn't be an issue.

You realize you just describe cable internet in a nutshell. DSL isn't much better as it is based on amount of user and distance from the primary station.

Like MS cares. The more apps they put into the platform the more reasons they can use to raise prices stating an abundance of applications, noting in fine print, not available for everyone.

So as expected all the weapon packs being offered with the different editions will be available for purchase at launch. This just devalued every edition outside the standard.
