I would try to cut a deal with MS and get these portable style 360s into a production line. If the parts are there they could fetch a pretty penny for those travel and professional gamers who are always on the go.
The author said it is not a bad deal...what is he smoking? $2 a day is a rip off. I can do Gamefly for $16 a month which in most months is 30 days. At that rate i'd be paying the max $50 from RedBox. Whoever uses this service is a complete moron.
I don't know if it is supported but if you can detect if a person is in party chat why can't you just always consider those people in a party and group them together. Don't split them on different teams and there won't be a problem with cheating.

I like the size of the library but their content has been shakey lately. I would like to see them rename the game to something else other than "Rock" Band if they plan to keep including punk, rap, and country music in the DLC. I like the versitility but the new pricing for Guitar Pro tracks may be a killer for the guitar. Not to mention it costs $250 on top of the extra $1 per track. All the more reason I am happy to do the drums and get the DLC at the same price!
Not only are their controller crazy expensive but then supporting auto-burst and modded features which take away from the others playing the game. I say boycott any modded controller makers.
Ban those who exploit the features. Why everyone can't play the game for what it's worth is beyond me.
I think Castlevania SOTN should easily be #1. It was by far the best of all the Castlevania games to date. I didn't think the Xbox Castlevania was that bad either but it apparently wasn't better than Laminent.

Being able to join mid game makes sense for social but never for ranked. Bungie has already said they would be punishing quitters with bans. I haven't seen to many yet. The part where halo matchmaking excels well beyond the rest is the party system, use of forge mode, and amount of updated playlists. The biggest problem I see is the horrible playlists lately. Why does big team not have more king of the hill, territories or stockpile? They need to rename Team Big Team to Team Vehicle...

Gears is good but their multiplayer is terrible. Only horde mode was unique until firefight and zombies. I will get Gears 3 but no pre-ordering until they announce the different editions.
The key to a good game is not the frequency of major release but the content. If a game release once every three years it has to have replayability and room for expansion to keep people interested. I think the challenges, forge, map packs, and playlist updates keep the people playing. Firefight is a nice change of pace but it would be nice to see campaign mission add-ons. There is no way COD was played more during the release week of Reach. There was and still is about 600,000 people on per night at any given time. Somebody needs to stop skewing numbers and learn to count.
This just proves that people are stupid. If the game costs $60 and you pay $102 for the legendary content you just paid $10 more than the legendary edition and you don't get the cool statue, case, or artwork book.
I play big team almost every night and we mainly play CTF, Headhunter, and the occasional slayer. The problem with Big Team is not the game selection but the board selection.
