Thats a difference of $230 and those aren't even wholesale prices which XI3 would be getting. the difference to them at wholesale cost is probably less than $150

PCSX2 has a compatibility list of 2360 games currently and 78% of them are listed as fully playable.
I just recently played through FFXII on my 3 year old system at 1920x1080 with 32x AA and texture smothing and got a solid 60fps throughout the entire game.
No visual or audio problems and no slowdowns.
I have also recently played part of FFX, Okami,
SOTC and Dark cloud 2 all with the same settings and again solid 60fps but haven't complete...
Are they seriously charging extra for DLC while the season pass is still valid? If so, that is fraud.
The entire purpose of a season pass is that you get ALL DLC released during the valid duration of the pass.

CPU's do not need GDDR5 yet, No CPU currently on the market even uses up the bandwidth available in DDR3.

Probably because Stargate is an established franchise with a large fanbase and is therfore a very good source of cash.
They don't care about the lore or accuracy, they just want to make a game as quickly and easily as they can then slap an established branding on it and rake in the green.
They most likely only watched the first season or two, read the script (most of it anyways) then started making a game without ever having actually been fans of it.
Even if he could provide a link, dual GTX 680s would make for an intresting $1200-1500 console.

They aren't running Windows on it but they do have some fairly heavy multitasking capabilities compared to any previous console.
Also you would be amazed how much Ram and CPU time running video capture services in the BG can use up.
According to what i understand of the "share" function so far, it seems the video capture will be running 24/7 in the BG while gaming so that nothing is missed. Then you can just hit share...

That is 8-core, it is much more powerful than the CPU in the PS4 and it is considered low end.
